Before taking off my shoes, he ruled out gout. I had two ingrown "Big" toe nails which were causing me a great deal of pain with walking, standing, climbing stairs, etc. I had stopped playing sports due to the discomfort. He thoroughly explained what he recommended. He did a block on both toes which was not uncomfortable at all. He was gentle, personable and professional throughout my office visit. He billed my insurance, gave me written instructions for post procedure care and scheduled a follow up visit two weeks later. I have to give this doc his props. I work in healthcare so I know excellent care when I see or receive it. Run, don't walk, to Dr. Fenlon's office for any foot problems that might ail you. You won't be disappointed. Thank you.

NEVER DID. I went to go see DR Pulin Joshi... was told he takes my insurance. Appointment and check in was quick. Saw the doctor and he was fine. Everything else was just for money and quick. I came for my plantar fasciitis on one foot. Was told I needed night splints.... on both feet at night. Did not want to take one and they are saying to take two because what you do on one leg you should do to the other! Was never told how EXPENSIVE these plastic things are (on amazon 30-40$) They charged my insurance 1000$ for the night splints.... Never told me this is how much they are. Bill comes in to my house that I need to pay 540$ because insurance will not cover.... spoke to maria on phone and another receptionist and then the biller. If this was the case and I was told in the beginning I would've said no thank you and ordered my own on amazon. These things probably cost less then ten dollar to make. They charged it for two pieces per shoe. (attached is the bill). I can not afford this at the moment and i do not want them to go to collections..... I am super upset. Everything was rushed even when i came in to do physical therapy exercises ... ( took less then ten minutes) ..... Please call me back and cancel this payment. I will pay out of pocket for the shoes if that is less... I have not even used one ( I offered to return and office said once i leave with them I can't return them- because they make you sign some form about the shoes .. which means they probably scam people with this ten dollar product and charge 1000$) Please contact me and I will remove this review.
