I have been seeing Kenneth Judkins for years. He's a fantastic provider. I have now followed him to…read more4 different clinics. He is a great listener and focuses on one's issues and not starring a laptop during the entire visit. He does several of my injections including botox and he's great ot doesn't feel like you're being assaulted while getting procedure. The office is clean and the staff at the Wilmont location are fantstic.

Sadly, the following applies seemingly to all pain clinics in Tucson (and AZ?). Firstly, I've been…read morea good, honest, humble, polite, genuine licensed pharmacist for 30 years and devout Christian. I almost never speak up or poorly, but must do so here. So I finally had to retire last Fall from retail pharmacy b/c all the long 12 hr days and OT took their toll on my back/body. During my last years I had to drop down to 20-25 hrs part time too, and reluctantly go to pain clinics. After much trial and error, 10 weeks of physical therapy and MRIs, X-rays, I was STABILIZED on a moderate opioid pain med (one that for decades a DR could write a RX for 6 months, but b/c some people abused it, was reclassified as stricter C2 med). For three years I was more than compliant and doing MUCH better on it, my quality of Life greatly improved. Then I moved back home to Tucson in 2026...long story short and some ten months later, I've seen several PCPs and referred three times to three pain clinics, and ALL stated the couldn't help me. WTH?? Of course then CAN, but WON'T. Why? Because prescribing medications can be a slight "inconvenience" sometimes--but MOST IMPORTANTLY--is not very "CONVENIENT" and "PROFITABLE". Truth. FACTS. Recall I've been a RPh for three decades, licensed in five states. What ever happened to PATIENT CARE? We ponder why our planet has gone to HELL, but we ALL NEED TO LOOK HUMBLY IN THE MIRROR, and DEEPLY and HONESTLY examine ourselves and motives. Sigh. My options now seem to be: 1. Mexico? 2. Visit shady city parks and ask around for pain relief 3. Keep taking risky 12-14 capsules (7-8 gms) of Kratom and 1-2 shots of tequila for my chronic back pain, or 4. "End my MISERY" on my own (you KNOW what that means; dead men feel NO PAIN). God help us INDEED...

Pima Pain Center - Central - I don't think they would win these many awards if they were the worse . All these drug seekers need to go!!!

I don't usually hand out five stars. Nobody is perfect. But…read morePima Pain comes close. 1.The staff are professional, yet not cold. In the whole time I've been going, I have never felt talked down to or disrespected by anyone, from the assistants, to the Doctors. 2.The facilities are spotless. That says a lot to me; I see it as a sign of attention to detail and good hygiene. Important, considering I'm coming to have needles stuck in my body. 3. Communication. People explain stuff, and don't seem to mind stopping for a question. And if they don't know, they find out. 4. Best online check-in service, ever. So easy. 5. For the past six years, I have been dealing with unrelenting pain. Once the opioid crisis hit, and the Feds started cracking down, doctors got scared. The Doctors I'd had for years wouldn't help me anymore. Every day was a struggle, and the possibility of having a decent quality of life started to seem remote. I found Pima Pain on Google. It was life -changing for me. I have always felt anxious about requiring opioids in order to do my daily activities with a reasonable amount of discomfort, and to get at least 4 hours of decent sleep at night. I'd become uncomfortable with being treated with suspicion, the little comments about problems with drug-seekers, etc. One I started at Pima Pain, it was a whole different game. Their goal is to give me a better quality of living, and they have delivered. My NP, Yvonne McLemore, really listens to me, answers my questions without making me feel that I'm wasting her time, and is always cheerful and optimistic. She's awesome. Dr. Annabi is one of the best doctors I've ever dealt with. I have read some of his reviews here, and I could not disagree more. He is clinical and intelligent without being condescending, he explains everything thoroughly, and he listens. He has been nothing but kind and compassionate to me, and if there's a problem, he comes straight out and talks about it in a frank and honest way, without just assuming, or acting like because he's got the Degree, he's right. Dr.Schiller also gets two thumbs up. He's quick and thorough, and I like his wry sense of humor. I recently lost a child, and the genuine kindness and compassion I've received at Pima Pain, from all these practitioners, has been incredible. Sometimes I am reduced to tears by their kindness. I am so grateful to have the help of these wonderful people. I'm not being compensated in any way for this review. I'm just telling my truth. Five stars!!!

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with doctors…read more Once again I was told I either get back injections or they would no longer prescribe me pain medication. The pain injections do not work and have made my pain worse. I have repeatedly explained this, however they do not care. I either go along with procedures that they deem necessary or they refuse to give me pain medication. Today, I was told to find another provider, because I wasn't listening to the doctor and refused to have yet another round of injections. I did listen, but he didn't seem to care that they did not work. It appears that their money is in procedures. Prescribing medication is not a money maker.

I've had less than satisfying experiences at numerous pain clinics over the years as I suffer from…read morea chronic, non operable condition that keeps me in constant, unrelenting pain. I'm so glad I finally found the Pain Clinic of Southern Arizona as they have truly helped me to at least partially curb my pain without subjecting me to some of the intrusions other pain clinics impose. Due to the current political atmosphere surrounding pain medications I understand the necessity of frequent appointments and month to month prescriptions (as opposed to 90 day supplies). Like all pain clinics you are randomly selected to supply a urine specimen to prove you are taking your meds (unfortunately, as opposed to selling them). The staff and professionals are always friendly and appear to genuinely care about your condition. I've never had to wait very long beyond my scheduled appointment time before being called in to the exam room. Unlike some clinics they have never pulled any of the unethical practices other clinics do such as treating my pain for a few months and then saying its time to wean off pain medication altogether while offering no alternative to management. In fact, they have frequently offered to increase the dosage of my meds without my even asking. I cannot guarantee everyone will have the same positive experience here as each patient presents their unique set of circumstances and unfortunately there are many out there seeking these meds for both abuse and profit. As for myself, all I can say is that the Pain Center of Southern Arizona has definitely changed my life for the better.
