Dr. Suter is the best out there!…read more I had gone to several orthodontic locations here in the Springs, and Suter Orthodontics was the place that stood out above all the others. I feel comfortable every time I walk in, as I'm greeted by the lovely Mrs.Elena. The other orthos were either pricier for braces/Invisalign and even said I'd have to get teeth taken out. Ridiculous right! But I'm so glad I went with my gut feeling and began my braces journey with Dr. Suter and his team! I definitely recommend

Although the office staff was nice, the new provider assigned to the office seemed hesitant to confidently give both my daughters a plan with a timeline. One treatment plan ranged in pulling teeth and jaw surgery with a 3 year treatment plan. Again uncertain of any information. After reaching out within 2 weeks of our consultation we were being charged for recording fees when my daughter did not receive braces. Although the staff was very nice, the hesitancy of the provider left me feeling unsettled. I was supposed to receive a reimbursement and no one has responded or given information after being transparent about why we are transferring our services. Reaching out for help felt overwhelming. I found Aspen Dental through my insurance provider, and from the very first phone call, I was met with warmth, compassion, and reassurance. The woman who helped schedule my appointment not only fit me in that very day but gently reminded me that I'm not alone. She shared that many parents, especially mothers, often put their own needs aside for their children--and that Aspen Dental is not here to judge, but to help bring smiles back. I was already starting to feel seen and supported. Shortly after, I received another call from the office I'd be visiting, asking if I could come in even sooner so they could help me right away. Again, I was met with kindness and genuine concern for my well-being. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt like a priority. Every single person I encountered over the course of the past three days was incredibly kind, respectful, and patient. They didn't just care about fixing my teeth--they cared about how I felt, physically and emotionally. I needed some pretty extensive work, and I was ashamed of how bad things had gotten. But at no point did anyone make me feel worse. Instead, they took the time to explain every step of the process, ensured I was comfortable, and always asked if I had questions or needed anything. I've seen some negative reviews, and I simply can't relate to them. My experience has been the exact opposite. I'm walking away not just with a healthier mouth, but with a renewed sense of confidence--and for that, I am so grateful. Aspen Dental didn't just treat my dental issues; they treated me like a person. They made sure I felt informed and in control of my treatment plan, never pushing unnecessary services, but explaining why each step mattered for my long-term health. I never once felt "sold" to--I felt supported. Thank you, Aspen Dental team, for your kindness, professionalism, and for helping me find my smile again. I truly look forward to continuing my care with you.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. Carmen did my check-up and cleaning. She made me feel comfortable and was fast, but thorough with the process. I appreciate the information and guidance she provided me. Dr. Royal was just as kind as all of his staff members. It was easy talking to him. Could it be that we were both in the Army and shared the same duty stations years apart? I think so! I like his Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) and Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) analogy. Want to know what they're about? Make an appointment and find out! :) Dr. Royal explained everything very thoroughly and made sure I understood what was going on. He was patient, soft-spoken, and just easy to talk to. I appreciate the fact that he helped out at the front office training a new employee. You don't see that too often at a regular dental office. I also appreciate that they called in a referral to another office for me. That's what I call excellent customer service! I was very impressed during my first visit to Alliance Family Dentistry and I would recommend this place to anyone! Keep up the SPECTACULAR work, Team AFD: Dr. Royal, Carmen, Celia, Lexia, Nesa, et. al.!

I've been coming here for 10 years. Since before they were Alliance Family Dentistry. I would say…read morethat Alliance Family Dentistry is even better than my prior dentist at this office. Over the years, I have met at least three of the dentists and several hygienists, ALL I've met have been excellent. They are kind friendly people, and they do not use high pressure sales tactics trying to get you to do work you don't need. I don't believe I've ever had a delayed appointment and I've never had a negative experience. Recently, I learned that they are not going to carry my current insurance in the future, but instead of dropping me, they gave me a nine month heads up AND they are continuing the existing coverage for the balance of the year. I looked into going to another dentist once I learned of the insurance change and that experience was a nightmare. I was reminded that not all dentist offices are as well run! They also offer their own insurance plan outside of Delta dental, if needed. Better to stick with an excellent, well run office than switch to an office that has horrific customer service.

Type of Care: 5/5 Care Quality: 5/5…read moreOffice Experience: 4/5 I am so surprised by the low ratings for this office. As a recent transplant to COS, I was referred to this office by a specialist for a crown in October. Since then, I have been back about 4 times for various reasons. While I can't speak for all of the dentists and assistants at this location, I am deeply appreciative of Dr. Batra and Kathy, both of whom were gentle and responsive to my (paranoia) sensitivity with my teeth. So much so that we waited almost 2 hours to ensure that I was completely numbed up for one of my teeth. He checked in repeatedly, ensuring that I was comfortable and not in pain throughout the entire procedure. His continuous check-ins eased my fears and apprehension and ensured a positive experience. Also, as a lover of information, he exhibited patience and a willingness to answer my multitude of questions. Kathy, the dental assistant, is such an angel. She is also very responsive and takes pride and care in her work (much like Dr. Batra). Additionally, she is so GENTLE with your mouth. I always enjoy my visits when she works with me. The front office experience is hit or miss, with more hits than misses. Several of the front desk assistants are friendly, pleasant, and willing to help, from scheduling appointments to facilitating your check-ins upon your arrival. However, there are a few areas of improvement that can move their 4 to a 5. Recently, I've spoken to one person who whispered on the phone and refused to talk louder, which made it difficult to hear what they were saying. In another situation, I was verbally confirmed for one time but was inputted into the system for another. I showed up 15 minutes ahead of my confirmed time and was informed that my appointment was in the system for another time. Luckily, they were able to squeeze me in for a quick visit. Although very minor, in my opinion, these can help maintain the overall customer service experience that I've experienced. All in all, I am very happy with my experience and recommend this office.

However, this dental practice has implemented a new policy requiring patients to physically confirm their appointment by the morning of, or they will cancel it and give the slot to someone else. This is confusing, especially given that they also charge a $50 no‑show or late‑cancellation fee. If you are considering this office, be aware of these policies. Additionally, the strong perfume worn by the front‑desk staff creates an uncomfortable environment upon entering and does not reflect a professional atmosphere.

And on top of the dentist's own actions, the behavior of their staff is honestly mind boggling. Their dental hygienist, Rachel Nicole, left a laughing reaction on my Facebook review discussing concerns about falsified medical records, missing allergy documentation, and serious patient safety issues. What makes this even harder to understand is that she presents herself publicly as someone whose role is "prevention and education," yet she has also made posts that come across as blaming and shaming patients for their struggles. Referring to people's oral health issues as simply "neglect" and suggesting they need to "break generational neglect and trauma" ignores the many real reasons people may struggle with their health, including circumstances outside of their control. To then respond to a patient raising serious concerns with a laughing reaction is incredibly hard to reconcile with the compassion and professionalism expected from a healthcare provider. When a dental practice suddenly receives a wave of five star reviews, disables Facebook reviews, and has staff publicly dismissing patient concerns, it says a lot about the culture of that office. The fish rots from the head down. They can turn off reviews and leave petty emojis, but they cannot erase a permanent public record.
