terrible experience, got an acrylic refill done, she shaved everything off then proceeded to keep shaving down my already thin nails, I had to pull my hand away cause of how painful it was. 3 of my nails now feels like it is going to fall off. I went there for the first time and got a fill, which was $45. I went back 4 days later just to do a colour change and again it was $45 (which I thought was ridiculous for just a colour change). Today I walked in agin to do another fill and there were 3 ladies working on other clients. I stood at the front for about a minute. No one acknowledged me. I finally asked "how long is the wait for a fill" and one of the workers said something that I couldn't understand (she was wearing a mask and I couldn't hear her) I thought she said "20 minutes" so I reiterated and said "20 minutes?" Then she literally barked at me and said "I SAID ONE MINUTE". She yelled it with annoyance in her voice. I walked out. I will never go back. I've never been to a nail salon where I wasn't acknowledged when I walked in and then yelled at. Absolutely disgraceful. read more

This afternoon my young daughter used her own money to do gel nails expecting that the nail polish would be done to standard that look presentable which it was not the back of the nails had dripping on it and there was hair that was painted over. Also the shape of each nail was all twisted nothing would look natural. When I presented it nicely to the owner he got confrontational and said he didn't understand he wanted my daughter to come back. If I could give zero stars I would! My friend and I made an appointment for 2 o'clock in the afternoon for One manicure and one set of gel nails. We waited 30 minutes and they took my friend for her gel nails I waited another half hour for a manicure so the total weight for me was one hour and I have heard from other people they just book and over buck and put walk-ins ahead of people and never care that they're not taking responsibility for appointments that are waiting an hour. I walked out missing my appointment and texting my friend I will pick her up when she's done. When I went back I stood at the counter and the lady looked at me with no apology. Literally terrible. My sister and I booked 2 manicures and 2 pedicures, they forgot the 2 pedicures off our service. There was only one nail tech that could do ANYTHING (simple ombre, simple star design) and she was "too busy" to service. The receptionist was so sweet and offered to try and do the designs herself because the nail techs were being so terrible to us. Overpriced, terrible service and SOOOO RUDE!!!! Nice one nails in midland has terrible service, I called to make an appointment for my friends and I we called and made an appointment hours in advance, when we arrived at our appointment for 5:00pm when we arrived the ladies who worked decied to make us wait 45mins, they also took two people before us whose appointments were at 5:15 and 5:30. I found this very disrespectful and rude. What is even the point of making an appointment if you aren't even going to follow them in the proper order. Overall had to wait over an hour before all of us were finally attended to. I will definitely not be coming back. read more

First time I ever went there and saw some good reviews, got my nails done and the man was really rough with me and repeatedly hit my hands with the nail file. He went out for a cigarette and a woman took over for less than 5 minutes and she did a top coat on one of my hands. He came back and told me I could leave, my nails were all different lengths, the shape was off, colour was blotchy, only one hand got a top coat. Don't recommend read more

I called to make an appointment days in advance for 2:00pm apon arrival i would expect to be served right away since we made an appointment but it don't seem to make a difference because we ended waiting around 20 minutes after the fact i was getting acrylics done and when i booked the appointment i asked the receptionist if it could be done and she said yes but to my disappointment when i got seated the nails lady said she couldn't do it so i had to settle for just basic regular so i assumed it would be cheaper but was i ever wrong by the time she was done they looked good but not amazing by the end i was shocked at the price i only did shellac and i guess the price went up because she had to remove my old nails but it ended up being $70 for shellac acrylics, what made me upset was the fact that i could do the same thing in toronto for only $35!!! the price difference is insane and if u had the choice between little midland or toronto you can find much much cheaper for the same quality in toronto! do not recommend because of the price. much to pricey read more
