The wash doesn't actually take all the dirt off the car. I have spots in certain angles that still have dirt right after it's washed. So my express wash took 30 minutes to get through and didn't get the top wash again. Skip this place. Also tried to call several times but no one answers the phone.

That is all. However, the employees are not trained to work with the public. I recently went in as a subscription member and kept finding the same issue that the license plate is not being read at the gate. I kept having to pay again at the gate so I didn't hold everyone up behind me. Even when we are being told to "honk for service", no one shows up. I had asked one employee to explain why the gate then said that I maxed out my daily allowance which is only because once I was able to reverse and get into the other lane, did they open the original gate. As I began this discussion with a team member there, another employee jumped into the conversation and said it was my fault for moving into the other lane. I told him that I was already discussing this with the other gentleman and he rudely inserted himself. He was supposed to guide my car into the tire channel and instead he walked away like a child so I open my door and asked, "Are you going to guide me?", and he said no and walked into the office to just stand there. Instead, another employee came out to get me through the wash. I told him that I simply had to move since no one came out. He said that they can't hear from all the machine noise. Strangely, they have filed a police report for some reason which I don't get why since it was just a conversation on why the gate didn't come up and I had to get charged and me telling the person that interjected that I was not looking to speak to him since it was being handled already. There are so many car washes in the area that are happy to assist you with your onsite needs and this is absolutely not one of them. Give your money to someone that truly deserves it. Dust and streaks left over, the back window was not even touched. Somehow they washed the whole outside but the window was nasty and dirty. One time they "forgot" to put my weather techs back in the back row of my car. I realized they were missing when I went to put groceries in the back seat after I had left. I immediately called and they said "they forgot". I've never before thought of checking to make sure my weather techs were put back but now I always do. (Could've been a total accident but the whole thing just felt off). I stopped coming here but occasionally will drive by just to see if maybe they've improved. It's very much hit and miss here. The past few times I've tried to come in, they're closed. The hours posted on the website say they're open but they're not. I've tried calling, no one ever answers the call. Today was the final straw. I arrived at 2:05pm just to see the closed sign on their door. My mom has come here on a random weekday, same thing. Don't waste your time coming here.
