So glad that I did as it was a meal for 2 but filled with eggs, sausage, bacon, cheese, shredded hashbrowns, and maybe some grilled onions. Then topped with queso cheese sauce and the option for spicy or default homemade salsa. I did the spicy salsa on the side for my half and the regular salsa on the side to go for the other half. When the bartender found out that this was my first visit she walked me thru the menu and the specials that are available on the weekend (limited quantities smoked ribs and beef brisket) So glad that a trusted voice recommended I give Sunshine's a try.
