I asked what I needed to be picked up and they were very proactive about it. They were also flexible with their schedule. When they came to pick up the mattress and box spring, they even swept the dust from the ground. They asked for 140, but I gave them an extra $20, because they did a really good job also this price is very reasonable since they drove all the way from Bakersfield. I look forward to using their service again as I till have old junk inside my house. I would definitely recommend them to any one I know who needs their junk removed.

I contacted Bakersfield Eco Wash after seeing a commercial or advertisement somewhere and thought I…read morewould contact them for rates. First, I was very pleased with the response and friendliness of the worker, then I was very pleased with their rates. Soon after, I paid the fees and they immediately set dates to come to my home to clean our bins. The dates arrived for cleaning, I was very excited, and anxiously waited for them (I guess this happens as adults, you get excited to have your trash can, recycling bin, and green waste bin cleaned lol). They did not arrive early so I worried and sent them an email. The worker was very prompt and immediately confirmed someone would be to my home soon and followed up to tell me they were on the way. This was reassuring given services were paid before hand. They arrived! Cleaned our trash can first, and I must say, I was very pleased with their service. I did not imagine how clean the trash can could be and it smelled very pleasant! I was absolutely satisfied with Bakersfield Eco Wash services. The following day, we were scheduled for the next two bins but only the recycling bin was completed because the green waste bin was not emptied. I was equally happy with the cleaning of our recycling bin! The worker emailed me and let me know they were not able to clean the green waste bin and asked to set a scheduled cleaning the next day. The green waste comes once weekly so I asked for a schedule the following week but was pleased that she took the time to let me know so I would not be upset, per her email. This was something very appreciated because they took our feelings into consideration. Thank you so much Bakersfield Eco Wash for doing an amazing job and being wonderful! I look forward to continuing services with you guys yearly.
