They have an island as the register area. That area has items that you would expect behind the register. Tobacco products and items of the such. When you walk further into the store you find the items that you would expect in a convenience store. But you also find that this can be a corner store if you forgot something. They also had some prepared items, but I can't remember exactly what they were. They also have the skills games that are popping up everywhere you go. The best part of this place are the employees. They may appear and come off as gruff, they are the sweetest employees I have come across. Decent place to visit.

Today I thought I'd try something different and went to Rutters for lunch. I was pleasantly surprised. The good: the store is nice and large and well organized. There were plenty of employees at work so I didn't have to wait in line for any. The biggest deal is that they have an entire food prep area that was staffed with 4 people who did nothing but make food orders. I placed an order on one of the many monitors, got a drink, paid for everything, and went to the food pick up area expecting to have to wait for my order. It was already waiting for me. So fast! I did not see a self pay kiosk which annoyed me at first, but when I went up to pay there were three registers open and again no waiting!! Very nice!!! Rutters has a large selection of food items. More that the "other" convenience store. Prices vary in comparable selections. Some are more some are less. The saving grace however is that they have a lot more topping choices and most are included with sub so there aren't any surprises in price waiting when the order is actually placed. The not as good: The drinks are slightly higher in price by .10-.30 cents. In general I spent maybe $2 more for lunch than in the "other" place but the many choices and toppings really made up for that. They do have a loyalty reward card like the "other" but I can't really comment on that yet as this was my first visit. I was happy with food quality, choices, and service which more than made up for the slightly higher cost. All in all, Rutter's made a very good first impression on me and I'll definitely be back again.

This is the newest of locations in good old Northern Cambria. If you were to drive through the town from the north you would see the other two old Sheetz buildings before you got to this new one. I give them props because they upped the amount of pumps available to get gas. They expanded the inside so that it's not so crowded when ordering food. What can be said badly about the food you order from Sheetz. Even the newer items there are amazing even if not well received by the general public. Downside to this location, even with the upgraded size from everything like the lot to the content of merchandise, accessibility to get into the location. Located right across the street from the Giant Eagle where no one really understand how to leave or enter their parking lot and on busy 219 makes it a bit uneasy. There is a back entrance, but not much better because the road still intersects with 219. If they were to reconfigure the entrance to GE and maybe add a traffic light for safety I would give this place five stars.

There's pizza, sandwiches, chicken, mexican, hot dogs, breakfast foods, burgers, fish... something for just about everyone. At the same time, Sheetz will also tame your inner coffee beast. Mocha, cappuccino, frappe, black, creamer, hot cold. You name it, they have it. I'm a fan of the Peanut Butter Fluffernutter smoothie... Granted, it's not good for my waistline, but it's just so darn good! I've been to this Sheetz literally countless times. If you come here during prime times (Lunch time, breakfast time, supper) there may be a bit of a wait if you are ordering food/MTO drinks. Other than that I've never experience too many other issues here. The staff is always nice, which is a plus when they are super busy.
