From the start, their custom service was outhandling. We rented the one bike for three hours (the half day rental) and we were a bit concerned that we might not be back within the three hour period because we wanted to ride as far as the falls. They said not to worry about being late with the return if needed, they are lenient. We also asked them if we could borrow a hex key to raise the handlebars on my bike. A short time later, not only did someone came out to the parking lot with a hex torque wrench, but he also made the adjustments to my handlebars. However, he found that after raising the handlebars, the brake cables would no longer reach, so we took the bike into the shop and two people started working on setting up my front brakes. After they finished, they said that the work would be no charge because we rented a bike from them, but I asked them how much this adjustment would have cost. They said about five dollars, which I thought was very reasonable. So, on my insistence, I paid the five dollars anyway because they deserved it for demonstrating good customer service, in going out of their way, and for the time they spent to adjust my bike. In addition to their excellent customer service, the bike that we rented was in excellent shape and very well maintained. The bike was a Trek hybrid bike and cost $20.00 for the three hours (we returned it on time, so we didn't test their leniency after all).

Easy to ride and safe. We got to tour 3 different wineries: Hinterbrook Estate Vineyard, between the lines and limited distillery. Owners are a friendly and easy going brother and sister duo with their cute dog. Not much of a guard dog though . Easy to pick up and drop off bikes. The owners even do a complimentary service of picking up your wines for you from the wineries so you do not have to carry them.

This was perfect for fall with all the wonderful trees changing color and crisp air. I loved being able to check out the main street and shop some. The bikes have a small area for stuff but bring a back pack if you want to do more shopping. The owner at eSkoot was really nice and prepared us well to use the scooters. It allowed us to go so much further and to see 4 x what those on the manual pedal bikes were able too. We could go virtually everywhere with these and park them anywhere. We were the envy of many pedal bikers. We had so much fun on these, that we are actually thinking of buying a set to ride around the neighborhood in. We are avid cyclists, and are out and about as often as we can with our ebikes at home. So we like to explore in equal fashion when traveling. And this service 'delivered'--literally and figuratively. Jordan was such a pleasure to deal with. He drove the bikes to our hotel ahead of schedule, and explained in detail how they worked. Ebikes are idiosyncratic in features and occasional shortcomings, so we took them for a brief test-spin around the parking lot to 'break ourselves in.' Jordan also gave us some tips and recommendations for enjoying our ride. The bikes were easy to use--despite their large size and weight--rugged and durable, and the battery charge was still near full after a full day and nearly 30 miles. We were able to navigate some unpaved terrain with no issues at all. Ebikes Delivered is the best way to enjoy the American side of Niagara Falls, the islands, and the river trails. It is scenic and beautiful, you really get to see everything, and easily ride through it all the entire way. We highly recommend Jordan and Ebikes Delivered. We were 'spinning our wheels' on the last day of our vacation, but in the best way possible.

I have been on four one-day trip fishing charters with Capt. Matt Yablonsky's Wet Net Charters…read morefishing for King Salmon on Lake Ontario. Not that I am a big fisherman by any extent, but these were the best times I have EVER had fishing. There were three of us on each trip (plus Matt) and caught between 4 and 8 mature Salmon weighting between 15 and 26 pounds. Catching one of these big fish is really exciting - let me tell you. They fight back and they are tough to land. And, Captain Matt knows how to catch fish. He knows where to look, what bait to use, what depth to set the lines at, and when to pull them out. He LOVES to fish (to give you an idea, he fishes on his day off), and this makes him an excellent Captain and teacher. He has won numerous awards and derbys, and knows how to catch the other species of Lake and River fish as well. If you are on one of his Charters, he will be fully engaged at all times, and will expect the same level of engagement back from you. He really cares about making sure you have a great time on his boat, and will do everything possible to see that you have plenty of fish to bring home. If you are looking for a fishing charter out of the Youngstown/Lewistown areas, Wet Net Charters definitely the company to choose.

I flew in from Calgary to Toronto. It was my dad's 70th birthday celebration. He booked a two day trip,4 months prior,a Sunday and Monday with these guys. He met them at a sporting show. We flew in from across Canada (Calgary, Edmonton and Montreal) On Wednesday my dad talked to the guy and he said it was all a go. I arrived in Toronto on the Saturday only to get a call to say they were cancelling. They were going to be in a tournament instead. WHAT! SO I'm in Toronto, my family in Montreal, and nowhere to go. we texted and talked back and forth (the other three where about to leave that same Saturday morning) decided that we would just cancel the trip. We were disappointed beyond belief. Cancelling 24 hours prior to going and a 7 hour drive from Montreal was too far for a one day trip for my 70 year old dad. I lost $1000. My cousin too. This PERSON decided to keep the down payment of $400 because he got screwed out of Monday (oh yeah, he still said he was good for Monday.... but how could we trust him..... he said the same thing earlier on that week) he also got vulgar when I asked for the money back. This guy is a con. DON'T DO IT! All in all I Flew from Calgary to Toronto and back in 12 hours thanks WestJet
