Then, they told me the compressor was dead. Went somewhere else and fixed the problem simply refilling the system with refrigerant, and most importantly spending $1000 less than what I was quoted by this shop. It seems my compressor is doing pretty well, after all. Beware!

I called the salesman I bought it from & he transferred me to the service dept & I spoke to the manager. I was in Hamilton at the center mall & they are in Grimsby, he basically said, we close in 15 minutes, I said I haven't even gone 1500 kms yet & now it wont start. He said, what do you want me to do, you can have it towed here if you want. I asked if they had a tow truck & the manager stated I would have to get it towed at my own expense & they couldn't look at it till Monday. He gave me a number for a tow company & they said I had a 3 hr wait & the tow truck would have to come from St Kits plus I would have to pay the for the tow & the mileage...I was upset as it appeared they didn't really care & they wouldn't do anything to help me ... It seems that all they cared about was getting my money ... I would NOT recommend anyone buying anything from WILLS Chevrolet Buick GMC. I had to get it towed to another repair shop & it turned out to be the starter, which cost me $538.00 plus 80 dollars for the tow. I was not impressed.
