We went there this week to sample their catering service, in which we were interested for an event next fall. But since they work with seasonal ingredients, their menu right now is not what will be available next autumn. Still, it gave a good idea of what kind of food they serve. We had a three course meal: chicken/pesto sandwich with radishes and salad, carrot/radish salad with almonds and strawberry cake. The veggies were fresh and vibrant. The chicken/pesto sandwich was made using a nice crusty baguette and was quite filling. The cake was very simple but the brown sugar used in the batter gave a nice caramelized taste. The food was healthy and good. It was terribly warm that day but we came out of Santropol rested and full. For 15$ per person, it was a nice meal! They also sell a bunch of homemade canned veggies and fruits, and even an awesome recipe book with dishes from all over the world, inspired by our multicultural community!

Although 3 men showed up, only two worked since John stayed in his car the entire time. The two men worked 1.25 hours and took a cigarette break in between!! Windows were not properly cleaned as they were streaked but I was told by John "they're clean, just streaked". How does a cleaning company not care about aesthetics? After two months of trying to get a hold of John to do it again he canceled his appointment. Furthermore, they cleaned the windows with Scott towels and Hertel whereas PROFESSIONAL companies use squeegees and pressure hoses. I WOULD NOT recommend this company for they are overpriced, unprofessional and down right disrespectful.

The staff person I worked with was friendly and helped me through the process to tell me that what I had shipped is okay since it is within the same country and that it is okay and proper for me to use my hotel as an address for return. The price was what I had expected based on my own research. It was a good experience and I was lucky that the rare occasion I go to Canada is the time I need to ship out a package in Canada. It was a good work out in double layers with -13 F weather. 20 min walk. Some of the locals are wearing a lot less than me and seem fine but some are just outside quickly and then back in a car immediately. Maybe I should see if I can find anyone in shorts? Lol.

My daughter wanted to design a t-shirt and - not knowing anything about how to do this - I just googled "montreal t-shirt printing". Several options popped up but In Print seemed like a particularly high quality place. I emailed the shop and explained my daughter's ambition (and my absolute lack of knowledge regarding what I was doing) and the owner, Alex, responded to me in such a genuinely nice manner and offered to guide us through the process. It was such a touching level of customer care. We did some back and forth in terms of my daughter's design and he helped us figure out "what would work" given their printing process (and he took the time to explain everything to us in a simple manner). Then, we visited his shop (before the shirts were printed) so that my daughter could SEE how the process works. Alex and his crew were so generous in showing her around and they even let her do a tiny bit of one task (cleaning a "printing tray" once a design run is finished - I'm sure that I'm butchering terminology here). My daughter felt so good and so encouraged by this. Finally, we ordered a batch shirts (which my daughter will be selling for charity). That part of the transaction went super smoothly and In Print even was able to get our favorite shirt brand for printing (Bella & Canvas). Every step of the experience was amazing and I simply can't believe how amazing Alex and the In Print team were. They kept overdelivering in a very caring manner. I'm a business school professor and I've never experienced or seen something at this level before. I am so grateful and FOREVER a loyal fan of In Print. THANK YOU SO MUCH ALEX + IN PRINT.
