The company refused to take responsibility, despite their employee handling the TV. After the move, we also discovered additional damage, including a broken office desk drawer and damage to a closet storage unit. I was hoping the company would stand behind their service and work with us to resolve the issues, but that did not happen. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Anber Moving. I encourage others to be cautious and make sure their belongings are properly protected and documented before using their services.

They lost some of our valuables, sent some stuff to the wrong city, and took ZERO responsibility. To call it a dispointment would be an understatement. The movers were over 3 hours late. no calls. they arrived at…read moremy place and said they needed another crew since it was a grand and the guys they sent did not have that much experience. OK it is a tricky job moving a piano so take 2 and they are late again (only 2 hours this time) but Montréal traffic is a nightmare so I am ok with waiting and not getting a courtesy call. Receptionist does not speak English very well and was ..well rude. Oh did i mention they didnt wrap the legs of the grand piano and it bounced around in the back of the truck so legs were chipped . And to add insult to injury I caught them covering the chips on the legs with a magic marker. Really ??? I said.... Needless to say they did not repair the piano despite my calls. Plainly said the company is dishonest and rude and incompetant. Apparently the move for the Steinway dealer and were recommended. Oh well live and learn.
