I cannot recommend this company enough. We went through a year trying to fix our gas fireplace just to be told it needed to be replaced as a certain part was unattainable. Cost to replace the existing was $13 K. Alan was out here. Had it fixed correctly in 20 minutes for $200 plus his visit fee. On top of that he was really funny, great with the family and he painted the inside of the fireplace just to make it look new. A 20 year old gas fireplace, new to us was out of commission. Called Al Coco and got onto the schedule. Was on-time, very knowledgeable, as he said 20+ years of service- he's seen all brands and knows the older models. Was able to diagnose and had parts available in his carry in bag to get us fired up once again. We requested a remote, next thing he was showing us how to use it.
