I've had them come out and clean the stove every summer since then. The guy who does the cleaning knows his stuff, and is incredibly thorough and professional. He answers questions and is is very helpful with his expertise. This last year, I started to develop the tiniest crack in the front of the stove, and he pointed it out to me, and that it was a warranty issue. It hadn't quite developed yet, but he told me to keep an eye on it. The stove was having some other issues as well, and I had several other visits as well trying to diagnose the problem, which was a little tricky. By the end of the winter, the stove qualified for full replacement, which Hearth Designs handled swiftly and helpfully. They always call me back when I have questions, and are super helpful and friendly. They're a pleasure to do business with, and I'm shocked there aren't more glowing reviews.
