This new person did not at all listen to me. The technician spent half an hour on my right leg, 15 minutes on my left leg, barely touching my knees. I am VERY sorry that she lost her dad but I don't know her at all &, having just lost my Dad myself, I really don't want to listen to a stranger complain about the way her mother handled her father's illness & death.
