Priscilla, the office manager, is extremely organized and aware of the latest insurance information. She is very willing to help you figure out what your insurance pays for and how much value your coverage provides.
Dr. Ng's staff provide a level of individualized customer service that is unique in healthcare today. I found myself at Dr. Ng's office after having had a very poor quality of care at another local dentist's office. I travel quite a bit and have had an extensive amount of dental work done over the years. I have seen various dentists in my travels for all types of dental work from extensive pediatric dentistry, to the usual of fillings, crowns and extractions.
