The waiting area is nice enough for a dealership with seating, Wi-Fi, power outlets, and coffee. My second appointment was also completed faster than expected, another plus. I have been attempting to get ahold of someone, anyone for 3 days and no one has answered my calls or texts. They also like to tell your personal information when they comment on your reviews. Such as your financial situation and whatnot. I also found my name in that of another person, my full name! First and last name!! In the post of a person that this company does not know that I even know, they assumed that I know this person and thought it was ok to put my name in their response comment to this person. They are absolutely terrible when it comes to customer service. George was the only one that was friendly and spoke to you like a human, however, that is the GM that I have yet to a receive a phone call back from and was apparently knew I was to be calling him and still did not return my call. All this stems from getting screwed on a car that I was deceived on and lied to about...and when they attempted to make it "right" they pulled deals off the table faster than put them on...they are not holding up to their end of the deal they made whatsoever....I would never go back to this dealership due to the ignorance of staff and the inability for them to keep private matters of clients private and to hold up to their end of the deal. And if the owner would like to see what I'm talking about please, by all means get ahold of me because I have all of the text messages to prove that staff members say one thing and do another or speak without knowing all of the information and then that is not honored even though the staff member stated it in plain English, I reiterated and they stated clear as day that that was the deal that George said he was going to make with me. So much crap to go through to buy a car and then have my personal information out online and put in someone else's post that they have no idea is I know this person or not? This is absolutely ridiculous! I would never in a million years come back here or recommend anyone go to this dealership unless you want to get screwed over. They also took my old 2006 car as a trade-in for value, despite how bad it was, and someone from the garage even helped remove the plate that had a stripped screw. Also, this page seems to have very old reviews and everything has since changed. I'd recommend looking at other review spots, since these are mainly outdated.
