The team here took the time to actually teach me what was going on with my back instead of just rushing me through exercises. Gary walked me through the right stretches for my lower back, core-strengthening exercises to take the pressure off my spine, and even did fascia massage that released tension I didn't realize I was holding. We finished with an ice pack, and I walked out feeling more aligned, lighter, and honestly relieved. I highly recommend this place and especially Gary. The days and nights after surgery felt endless, but Gary has been a game changer for my progress and pain relief. He truly cares about his patients and takes the time to check in not only on how you feel during therapy, but how you've been doing throughout the week overall. He looks at your whole well-being, not just the injury. Gary is kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and always knows how to keep a smile on your face, even during difficult moments. You can tell he loves what he does and is passionate about helping people heal, and that shows in every treatment session. I'm so grateful for his support, care, and dedication in helping me through my recovery. Thank you, Gary, for being such an important part of my healing journey. Highly recommend!

I got the phone call and immediately got up to leave but was told by the front desk I needed to pay for my appt, zero sympathy or concern. I paid politely just needing to get out of there asap. Today I showed up 12min late to my appt and the PT assistant wouldn't see me. I asked if I could be refunded for last appt because of what happened to my son and me needing to leave after 10min of being seen. The man at the front desk could have cared less about any of this and just gave me a number to call. People are human and there is no room for it at PRN, they are rigid and have zero grace. I've also overheard the front desk talking about people they are annoyed with there. Also, there is zero free parking. The whole thing is just a big pain in the butt if you are required to be seen by PT more than once a week. It's a shame for the main PT there because he seemed very knowledgeable and hard working.

Finally i made an appointment with Dr. Aaron Snyder and was very thoroughly evaluated. My recovery was based on strengthening areas of my body which for years even as a yogi were not utilized correctly, and overcompensated for with other areas. It was brought to my attention that my core needed improvement to protect my back. After each session I was provided specific exercises, and these exercises were cumulative and more were added as I progressed. It was also brought to my attention slight changes to my walking style, and the goals established were not just short term recovery, and injury prevention, but also long term body sustainability. It has been six weeks of absolutely no return of any previous issues, and I am continuing the exercise routine at home. This has brought awareness to my areas of weakness, corrected it, and in fact I feel I am stronger. As a middle age person, I feel unconditionally that Dr. Aaron's diagnosis and recommendations will enable me to age better in the future. Anyone who is questioning a functionality with their body would be well advised to consult with Thrive, and determine if the concern can be corrected.

I've worked with Dr. Aaron over the past two years to recover from ankle issues that doctors and surgeries were unable to help with. Dr. Aaron was able to identify the root of the problem and help me solve it where other doctors, surgeons, and physical therapists were unable. Where I once was unable to walk distances without pain, I am now able to able to return to all my favorite activities like hiking and pick-up basketball. I can't thank the team at Thrive enough.

We could not visit her or get in contact with a nurse to check her status since Sunday, February 27th. It's now March 2nd. I've been calling since Monday, I left 13 voicemails since Sunday night, and I still have not received a phone call back. One receptionist says that she has been vomiting, and they have thus canceled visitation appointments at the very last minute. Other receptionists have noted there is nothing in the file regarding this. Regardless, no one in the family was able to see her, and we have had no one return our calls to discuss her current health status, This seems to be a patient level of care and service issue, which makes me very concerned about her well-being. My mom is back at the emergency room because she hasn't been able to eat since Sunday morning, and she is very disoriented. My sister got the chance to talk with a receptionist from this facility this morning, and she suggested she get our mom out of there as soon as possible; she said the doctors don't seem to care and the nurses won't provide the proper treatment their patients. I worked as a caregiver in the past, and trust me, this kind of lousy service won't surprise me; many of these places are like this. I do not understand why this place has 4.5 stars. I'll suggest you all save some time and stress and look for a place that cares and provides the proper care to your family members.
