When you enter, the rental mailboxes line the length of the back of the space. To the right, associates will be standing behind the register/service station counter. The selection of packing materials - envelopes, tape, pens, markers, etc. - will be to the right, too. The specialist who helped me on Thursday (Milly) was friendly, professional, and walked me through the shipping process smoothly.
