Every month it was something else dishwasher broken , microwave broken . Went months with out a microwave. I had to pay out of pocket for a service that I never received the money back for . She put it on the move out sheet and made sure to take my full deposit and even sent me a letter asking for more money . I left items in home for the next renter . She very passive aggressive. I had to sell my washer and dryer so she asked for it . Kinda knew she would screw me over cause her words u sold the washer and dryer .. yes I did . That made her upset . She let me know 3 days before the renewal that she was raising the rent . Her maintenance guy is her crooked husband . He even damage something so it look like my fault . Let me preface by saying that Austin was our main agent, and Taylor and Craig were major helps along the way as well. Between our first baby, the pandemic, and the insane housing market, we were almost certain we weren't going to find a home before 2021, possibly 2022. After being outbidded numerous times in previous attempts to purchase a home, our confidence was low, and our guard was high. Austin was not only confident we could find something in our budget, he made sure we found something we absolutely adored. We've worked with previous agents in the past (not from KALEO) who were so focused on getting a deal, they tried to push properties on us to get us in and out, so we appreciated Austin's honesty and patience throughout the process. Taylor and Craig were also wonderful in assisting us, whether it was accompanying Austin to the house, or making sure all our documents were thoroughly explained, or answering trivial questions on a Friday night (sorry, guys). All in all, I couldn't recommend them enough, and strongly suggest working with KALEO. Thanks again for everything, guys. We couldn't have done this without you!

I am excited to recommend Donna Nazir as an outstanding realtor who will more than meet your…read moreexpectations no matter how high the bar. She was so resourceful and responsive to our needs in selling our mom's house, which was in a trust. Donna didn't take long to get it sold either! She was in touch constantly and always kept us, as sellers, in the loop. If there was a problem, she took it on as HER problem, too,- not just yours. She is knowledgeable and importantly, knows how to communicate with potential buyers, showing respect for both them and for you, the seller. Donna is able to hone in on what the buyer values and needs in a home and point that out to the buyer if there is any possible match with your property. Donna is also able to recommend reasonable additional services you might need in the selling process through vendors she's already vetted and for whom she can vouch. With Donna, I felt like there was "one stop" shopping due to her great connections. Donna showed great respect for our desire to not do business on Sabbath and still sold our house in record time, considering it was during a national election and the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. She knew what was needed and what was unnecessary, always saving us money in the end. Donna was classy, professional, and very pleasant to work with in every way. She knew how to handle the difficult conversations and could gently point out the hard facts. She has integrity, honesty, and a generous spirit. There are 3 of us siblings involved with Mom's house, yet she worked with all of our quirks patiently and seamlessly. We could not have asked for a better realtor than Donna Nazir and I highly recommend her any day of the week! Thank you, Donna! If I could give 10 stars, I would! Daisy C.

I contacted Brunasso to give me a quote. He works with a company called Powur. See my review there…read moretoo. He did not work with me directly but directed me to one of his underlings. (Basically, the structure of their company is recruiting more sales people who will work under them to get a fraction of their sales). Ultimately, I chose another company to install my solar, since I did not want to work with a company that subcontracts exclusively, ie they are a middleman. Go search Powur and you will see their website actually is geared more to recruiting more solar "ambassadors" to sell more solar. Do google searches or visit their site or YouTube and you will see their presentations of how much money their sales people can make, which ultimately is your money. I think it is very low class for the company to have all these "compensation explained" videos on YouTube. They spend more effort on YouTube trying to recruit sales people than focusing on their solar product and services. You are paying a premium for their sales team, which do not add any value to your actual solar project. I mean they even boast their software has a profit calculator and they can adjust the cost of their quote depending on how much the sales person is willing to accept. You will find YouTube videos describing their company as a MLM. I continued to get spam emails and texts. I asked him to stop and he said he would stop, but he and his company continued with annoying spam.

When Ron Stearns listed our house he was professional in his advice, but realistic too. He did not make unreasonable demands on us and promised to sell the house, and quickly. That is exactly what he did. From listing to closing/funding it was less than 1 month. He kept us up to date on what was happening and only showed the house to people that were qualified to buy and ready to buy. We didn't waste time or have any aggravation like we'd had with the other agent. He is very honest, and really knows the real estate business, inside and out. We would definitely recommend him to anyone that is buying or selling a house! I'd be willing to bet you couldn't find a better agent in the Inland Empire.
