Other auto parts stores informed me that it would take 3 to 4 days to get my ceramic battery, but 9th Street Tires got it within 40-minutes at a far lower rate than expected. Since I lived just half a block from them, I asked if they could possibly send a technician to my house to install the battery - and they did. Professional, kind, understanding, and helpful - and all at a low price to boot. I was extremely impressed with their service and kindness, and they helped me in under an hour. I will definitely go here again for all of my auto part needs.

Unfortunately the rims were bent and we went to his his shop where again he immediately got it done for me so me and my family can get home. On top of it all he was very fair and honest. He's looking for 2 more good used tires in my size, and says he gets more used stock 1-2 times per week. He had 2 matching for me when other stores didn't.

Despite all doors to the car repair area being up earlier, suddenly, as I stood there, all the doors came down. I later learned that this was because of the rain...nevermind that it was raining all morning and they were wide open when I arrived. I managed to see the hockey pucks used before my vehicle was lifted so I went to the waiting area. After a while, the vehicle was returned to me following the complementary tire rotation. A few weeks later, I determined, that my wheels were not, in fact, rotated. There was no, "we determined there was no need to do a rotation at this time". Because of the shadiness and the lack of information, I will not return to this Mavis location. I've been to other Mavis locations where you can, if you wish, see your car worked on and no one makes a fuss about it.

Joe who works the front desk and is the main mechanic is very competent and honest. The other older mechanic is attentive. Mark works in the office and is very sure of himself, but is fair to deal with. The price is reasonable and they use quality oil.
