Off all the responses we received from potential cleaning services, Dodge the Job seemed most in-line with what we were looking for, so we booked them to come clean two carpets and a large rug. Dodge the Job was prompt, courteous, and professional. They sent me information about what they needed before sending an invoice, they communicated with me leading up to the cleaning day, and, once on site, they explained to me the process they were going through (including how long they would take to clean, how long we'd need to wait until they dried, and what could help accelerate this process). Although the previous owner said he'd had the place cleaned before the final walk-through, Dodge the Job immediately knew that the previous owner had a dog just based on the condition of the environment. They did a good job cleaning the carpet and the rug (which had flood stains from our previous apartment) looked almost new. If I ever need our place cleaned, I'll definitely be contacting Dodge the Job (and be recommending them to folks in Maryland & DC).

Since we have dogs, I needed the retaining wall rebuilt and the gap in the fence completed quickly after the shed came out. Remarkably few companies were willing to do both projects, but thankfully I found Rod's. We exchanged several texts over a period of a few weeks - he worked with me on details until I felt confident I was getting what I wanted. Shed came down one day and fence went up the next. They did a solid, professional job. I highly recommend them.

The smell was not there before and the sad thing is, they were brand new dresses that I bought for an event (one was a backup) that I took there mainly because I needed them pressed to get hard wrinkles out but since it all cost the same, I went ahead and had them cleaned as well. Now I'm unable to wear either dress because of the smell. I don't have time to take them somewhere else to be reclined. The smell is almost like wet clothes that have been sitting in the washer for a week, very musty. I'm going to have to buy a another dress to wear
