I had been working with a plumber and he sent Freddy whose brother Noah came same day to help me. Well Noah looked at the valve and observed the sprinkler coming on and the banging of the pipes in the basement. He said he would close the valve just to back off on the pressure without preventing flow to the sprinkler. This went a long way to preventing the sprinkler from pulling water from the house (which is what had been deduced after a month of troubleshooting). It was a smart move and alleviated the problem about 90%. He advised to still put in a check valve in the water main line to the house. And all it cost was $65. A real bargain. My sump pump discharged a significant amount of water, which created ice on the street during the winter and damaged my lawn. I also asked them to address a small uneven area around my sprinkler system. The team explained that they would regrade the area, use my existing soil, and plant grass seed, which I was completely comfortable with. They completed the entire project in just one day. At the end of the day, they sent photos of the finished work to the owner. Although I thought everything looked great, the owner wasn't satisfied with the appearance of the hay covering the newly seeded area. Even though installing sod was outside the original scope of work and would have been a much more expensive solution, he decided to go above and beyond. The very next day, he sent his crew back with fresh topsoil and sod at no additional cost. They added topsoil around my home to improve the grading and ensure water would drain away from the foundation. They even moved my stacked firewood, added topsoil underneath it, and carefully put everything back in place. When they finished, they watered all of the new sod, adjusted my sprinkler heads to ensure proper coverage, and thoroughly cleaned up the work area. My yard honestly looks better now than it did before they started. Premium Drainage was not the cheapest quote I received, but they were also not the most expensive. What set them apart was their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to doing the job right. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for drainage work or landscaping improvements.

They have been taking care of my landscaping for about 2 years. Their price is competitive with other companies that I contacted, perhaps just a bit more expensive. The requirement that they have when they provide service is that they perform three 'functions'. I have a very small area of grass and so I certainly do not need for them to mow this small area. The functions that they provide are mulching in the Spring, pruning and clean up during the summer and really throughout the year, and blowing the leaves in the fall. I really like the guys who come out to my home to do the work. The central problem with this company is that the supervision is inadequate, the training is poor and the communication between teams who come to your home is non-existent. Whenever I call the company, they are friendly and note down my preferences. Sometimes this info is communicated to the men who come to my home. Often it is not. When I see that the guys have arrived, they listen and do everything that I would want. But if not, then it just doesn't work. In addition, when they do have someone who knows what he's doing, how to take care of plants, the person leaves the company. The guys just do not understand landscaping or plants. This is where the severe lack of training is so obvious. It may be that my needs are different than many of their other customers, but the requests don't seem to be that complex.
