Inside you'll find a great selection of shoes, clothes and accessories. The clothes take a bit of a back seat to the shoes and accessories - but that is no bad thing. Their selection of handbags is gorgeous, and encompasses all from sparkly clutch bags to full totes. At the moment they have a rainbow of different colours in - which is great to see. Do you know what else? All bags are priced at £30 or less. Bargain! The shoes are just as lovely and just as reasonably priced. Again, a great selection from ugg-style fashion boots to sky high heels and gladiator sandles. The owner, Sarah, is really friendly and will greet you the moment you walk in the door. Also, if you don't want to make the trek down to Dumbarton Road - you can shop via their online store.

I am normally a size 8 in most stores-this dress fitted like a peplum top! When sending back the items I made sure this was done within 14 days and have a receipt to prove this. Honey Boutique advised they have not received it within 14 days so I will not be entitled to a refund and they will take a 20% restocking fee! Total joke. They will not accept my proof of postage and advised that I should contact Royal Mail for the refund of £60. I would avoid ordering from Honey Boutique, never had these problems with any online orders from other companies. Currently going through Citezens advise who are assisting me in taking it further and have advised me I am entitled to full refund as I did cancel within the 14 day cooling off period. Have read lots of reviews on other sties about the hassle with trying to get a refund from this company. Nightmare!

It's a lovely stop along the outdoor Buchanan Street pedestrian mall. With four levels, lots of retail, a few restaurants, and one great chocolatier, Princes Square Shopping Centre is worth a few hours of shopping for the ladies on vacation in Glasgow. The facility is just steps from the St. Enoch subway station on the Inner Line if you need a reference to the metro stops.

Not being much of a shopping centre fan generally, I actually really like Princes Square. Granted,…read moreI don't actually do much shopping here but it is nice for a place to take cover on a rainy day and browse the shops. This is an upmarket shopping centre which has more expensive high street shops like Reiss, Ted Baker, Vivienne Westwood and Cos (which I'm still yet to check out!). The centre is certainly decorated to match the crowd it's looking to attract - glitzy, glam and always clean and tidy. I like the size of the centre as well - it's very dinky but still has lots of shops and is easy to navigate. There's also a host of restaurants, bars and cafés but I'll be honest - I've not visited many of them. I ate at Barca probably 4 years ago and also one of the places on the bottom floor but I think that's changed hands. One down side is that if you are dining at a restaurant on the lower level, parents will tend to let their kids run riot in the centre circle which can be a bit of a mood-killer. Princes Square doesn't have a car park due to its location but it is really close to train and subway. If you do really fancy driving, probably St Enoch or Mitchell Street are the closest car parks.

It mainly sells going out clothes - including a lot of short sparkly tunics. The best thing about this shop is it's stunning selection of shoes! It has absolutely gorgeous heels - that are all very glamourous. They are, however, quite pricey - at about £80 a pair. Keep an eye out for sales, though, as there were a pair of shoes reduced from £80 to £25.

If you are into massive, rectangular diamante encrusted dresses, then you would probably like this place. There's a lot of Saturday night party wear in here, geared at varying age groups and tastes, and a smaller selection of punky-turned-girlie styled t shirts that have been ripped off the shoulder on purpose. It's fairly expensive but what would dishearten me if I liked this sort of thing that the woman's branch looks slightly cheapened. It reminded me a little of those tacky clothes shops that have popped up more often during the recession on the grave of another lost chain store. It looks a wee bit like it sells fake designer clobber (it's not, but that's how it looks) and like it's trying so hard to be trendy that you'd only keep these clothes for a couple of months before getting bored with them. Saying that, my eyes are untrained to clothes like this since I dress myself in Sally Army granny jumpers, so have a wee nosey and make your own mind up. This is a long established store in this area so it's hitting the mark with some people!

Sadly, we would not recommend visiting the shop due to the following: Noisy music playing constantly. A member of staff walked through the shop with a hot curry ( the shop smelt of this for the duration of our visit). No seat for the the person accompanying me. Small changing rooms Tired carpets and a general 'seen better days' feel. I'm sorry to have to post this, but what was an exciting and special event in my life, I was so disappointed.

I've been here a couple of times but never been very inspired by any of the dresses here. I was looking for a dress for my school leavers dance and as I was only 17, I don't think they were sure what to show me, on the one hand I wanted something young and trendy but I also wanted to look classy and sophisticated. They came up with the worst dress I've ever seen in my life, it looked like The Little Mermaid meets Dita Von Teese, it was just bizarre. It had a long tail at the back but the actual dress itself was short with slits up each side. The colour was red with black fish net lace over it, it just looked awful. I honestly cannot think of anywhere that you could have worn that dress unless you were starring in the latest production of Chicago or some burlesque themed theatre show. At £275 it was designed for someone with more money than sense. I think it's still nice to have traditional boutiques such as this one and it does have a very classy feel about it when you go in, but with High Street shops such as Karen Millen and Coast selling gorgeous formal dresses which are a lot more modern and cheap compared to the prices here, I somehow feel that Catherines of Partick is left a bit redundant and is more suited to the mother of the bride look.

Very handy if you don't have time to nip into town for a hit at the high street stores but need a new dress or top for an evening out. I find it is very hit or miss, however, with a complete mixture of styles. Don't be put off by the window display if it's not your kind of thing as it is not a reflection of the varied styles and trends found inside. My fave collection is the jewellery. It's for these reasons that I have always gone to Pink Poodle when I can. They have designer-direct clothes, which means, yes, they are a bit more expensive, however, you do get the comfort of knowing that it's unlikely someone else will have on the same outfit as you, and also, you know that it's well-made. In addition to those two reasons, it should be enough that finally there is a shop where you can find something that is inherently 'you'; and more of your own style and statement. In saying all of that, however, I feel it's gone a bit down hill in recent months in regards to service. I'm not a frequent enough customer for the sales-people to recognise me, and that's ok. However, when asking for a hand with something, the two people on just looked like they could not be bothered. Disappointing to be sure and I honestly was put off for the rest of my visit because of it. Come on, Poodle, we love you so treat us right.
