After many months of following Liliya's treatment plan, which included expensive cleanses, supplements, hair tests, pellets, and sound bites on top of her monthly fee, I was no better.  Enough was enough. I had to find more adequate care to find out what I had already suspected, my symptoms were due to menopause. I had mentioned this suspicion to Liliya but she blew me off.  Liliya's approach was fragmented, focusing on individual symptoms rather than addressing the underlying hormonal imbalance.  The whole reason I came to a holistic doctor was to have my body looked at as a whole, and Liliya was not doing this.  I remember Liliya saying that I had "so many different symptoms" that she needed to focus on what was bothering me most first.  Well any medical practitioner who knows anything about menopause would recognize every one of the symptoms I was experiencing as menopause.
