I had a really frustrating experience trying to book a simple massage appointment here. The…read morereceptionist could barely understand anything I was saying, which made the entire process way more difficult than it needed to be. Somehow, she even entered my name into the system as "Ham," which should give you an idea of how off the communication was. What should have been a quick phone call turned into nearly 20 minutes of me repeating myself just to get a basic appointment scheduled. On top of that, she couldn't explain any of the services, pricing, or options available--so I was left completely in the dark. Overall, the customer service was extremely disappointing. If booking an appointment is this stressful, I can't imagine the rest of the experience being much better. I've been here before and the girls that were doing the services were great. But they definitely need to reconsider that receptionist they have.

My spa experience felt pretty unpleasant. There were a few things I felt weren't ok or just not…read morethought through. I honestly didn't feel like complaining so here I am doing it some justice now. First off, the sauna was closed and when my sister called to book it they didn't think to mention it. So tip if you are like us and this matters you may want to ask if they are finished "renovating". Next thing, upon checking in and also checking out at the facility the associate checking us in didn't mind reminding us to get our parking validated/comped so we literally had to walk all the way back to do so. After our massage when we asked if we could go out to lounge at the pool for a bit she didn't even bother making sure we would be able to get in the "adult" pool which seemed so odd to me so we had to scourer around to find someone to help us. At the pool, I ended up ordering the fruit jack tacos which I was not a fan of at all just ended up tossing 25 dollars. To me, the hot tubs weren't even very hot, this was a big bummer. Worst of it was when were trying to enjoy our time chit chatting at a room tone voice inside the spa and one of the cleaning ladies told us we needed to lower our voices because there were guest getting massages. I was bit taken aback esp because we weren't even loud really felt more like she was just annoyed by us being there. Anyway, I would never come here again. I give it two stars for the fact that the valet guy came to bring me my cell phone when I was checking that was such a sweet gesture (kudos to the valet guys for going out there way) and the other reason my massage while on the very low pressure end she was still at least pleasant.....

Is no longong there and they have noone to provide this service. I asked if they had any idea how long before they were going to replace her. They offered no advise. Their response was if you are in a lot of pain contact your provider and look for another facility. That is a piss poor response I have been a loyal patient for 3 to 4 years. My treatments have always had great results. MARLENE AND VANESSA made you fell comfortable. I truly evpected more from them. When I explained my situation & why I was there to Myreen (not sure that's the correct spelling) she gave me a dirty look & said no then continued about her business ~ Hello Ms Rude!! I toured 4 other facilities, with patients who were present, with no problem. I went home & left a message (no one answered) for them to call. When they called back I asked to speak to the manager. I was told they don't have a manager. I asked to speak to Myreen's boss. I was told his name is Dr Scott & he was with a patient. They told me to hold because they wanted to check how long he would be. Myreen then got on the phone & said she was the office manager. Umm, I thought the office didn't have a manager or at least that's what I was told a few minutes earlier. I told Myreen who I was & what I needed. She said I could only come in on Tuesday when no patients were there. Some nonsense about HIPPA ~ I know it's nonsense because every other facility I went to let me tour with no issues. While trying to tell Myreen how rude I thought she was & that I didn't appreciate the dirty look she gave me she cut me off & said "do you want to come in on Tuesday or not"? I won't write here what I said (use your imagination) but then I hung up on here. I cannot believe how this place has any customers based on her attitude! I need at least 6 to 12 months of PT. Her attitude cost this facility at least a couple thousand dollars. Myreen needs to find another job!
