It's just if you're scheduled with one and around the corner pops another therapist. Don't misunderstand they have all been very nice & kind. I've got at least (3) more weeks & hope the same therapist will be working with me. My goal is to get better and move on with life.

He said it was symptomatic. I voiced my concerns several times and was sent to a rehabilitation facility because I felt I was not well enough to go home. After several weeks of pain I ended up in the ER only to find I had a severe infection and was there four days under powerful antibiotics. When I confronted him he cursed at my sister and I. Then he called to tell me he didn't want to do my other knee because he didn't make enough with my insurance. Recently I needed my medical records for SSI but they outsource their records. It took three weeks and several phone calls to get them. I've never had a physician's office not handle their own records .

This is the third time I have been here for therapy in something like 6 or 7 years. They have…read morealways done good by me but my insurance has severely limited what I can actually accomplish. I always end up with a lot of exercises to do after therapy is over and each time there are new things. It's great that they recommend getting a gym membership but then don't recommend a way to pay for that membership for someone who struggles to survive on disability. It's not something that anyone stops to consider unless they have actually been in that position themselves. On this run there is a therapist along with a person who is finalizing their training working with me. Each day I do what they tell me to do and do my best to work with them for what I can handle. When I come back from a next visit we talk about pain and issues I might have had on the following day from the last visit. They make adjustments as necessary and we continue. I'm only a few sessions in this time and will be back twice a week for 8 weeks before there is an evaluation. The downside is that I don't have all the equipment they have so some of the things they teach me I don't get to do unless I'm there. All the people I've ever met working here have been friendly and professional.

The scheduling was great and the staff was decent, but when Dr. Lerner found out my primary gave me pain pills at the very beginning of the visit, he told me if I was there trying to get pills, he would not give me any. I assured him I was not, but I feel he wrote me off. He gave me an anti-inflammatory, a list of exercises because I am over weight (that my physical therapist said I need to stop immediately and should never have tried) and sent me on my way. I have since had 3 injections for pinched nerves and bursitis. I am now able to sit and have gotten my life back to a great degree without thanks to him and his judgmental bedside manner. Run, do not go to this poor excuse of a doctor!

She is always smiling, pushing her patients to meet the goal and feel better. I was emotional one day and when she realized it she just hugged me and talked to me in middle of physical therapy. If I ever had to come back to physical therapy this is the place I would want to go and Rocky is the therapist I would want. The patients are very nice also, we have struck up many conversations together, made jokes together in the waiting room waiting to be called then got in back and teased each other about what was said in the waiting room. All around a wonderful place to have to go get your body back to what it should be.

My mother had total hip replacement surgery. I called CORA Physical Therapy and was greeted by an amazing patient service coordinator, Guisella, who was able to assist my mom and get her an appointment within a day. My mom was thrilled! Guisella guided me through what to do to get my mom in for her session and sent us all the necessary information. I have to thank CORA for the progress my mom has made and the confidence that she is building within herself. The PT staff are patient, kind, and thorough. They have guided my mom in how to do the various exercises in between sessions and have worked with her to show her how to use her cane and more. I highly recommend this facility. The staff are caring, considerate, and support the patients they serve.

I went and saw Dr Donaldson in late April. He diagnosed me with a torn labrum in my left shoulder…read more He suggested that I get an Arthogram (MRI) and CT scan. The CT scan was supposed to be in relation with the tear. I went on for 7 weeks back and forth with his office because they DID NOT send the clinical notes to my insurance company or why I needed these procedures. I had to battle with them to get the procedure done, and the insurance company finally accepted it. I went to get the Arthogram done and I got to the office and they told me that the CT scan was for a possible Lesion in my shoulder. I told the people at the MRI office that I was not informed of that diagnosis. And the people at the office were surprised that happened. They told me that a doctor BY LAW is suppose to tell the patient all factual or possible diagnoses. I am here to say that Dr Donaldson is a money driven selfish person. Who will lie to his patients to get money from their insurance company. He didn't inform a patient of his about a second possible diagnosis. Needless to say, I will NEVER return to him again. And I HIGHLY recommend anyone to not trust him.

So I've been to see this doctor several times now, I really liked him at first. Now it's nothing…read morespecial, the office messed up and charged me the wrong co-pay the last few visits and I didn't pay attention so today I had to pay $100. I also asked the doctor to sign my Florida Covid Vaccine paperwork as my primary care doctor is in NJ, but he wouldn't. I've had cortisone, and gel injections but nothing is helping with the pain. The doctor does not prescribe anything to help with the pain, so now I wait for my insurance to see if they feel an MRI may show what's going on. Today I waited 45 minutes for the doctor to come in, and that was for a 1pm appointment, which I didn't expect since they close 12-1pm for a lunch break. Who knows what is next.
