The vibes and the treatment in this establishment are like no other. For example the place is extremely clean, the bathroom never has a bad odor or stains, the protein shakes are delicious one wouldn't know that it's a protein shake, they taste better than most shakes that I've tried before. My favorite flavor is the Cinnamon Toast Crunch. There are also hydrating and energizing drinks that help me endure my long 12 hour shifts at the hospital. My preferred mega tea is the coco parcha. They also have protein waffles and hydrating drinks for kids. Again, best nutrition spot hands down. I would 100% recommend.

After years of carrying the extra few lbs, especially around the tummy area. James has guide me on how to shed the stubborn lbs and work on my goal. I've had trainers before and they usually put you through the same routines during training and for me, someone that hates working out, it's easy to quit. He's also very knowledgeable on nutrition. The first one was I never saw the doctor who was head of the practice, only the Nursing Practitioners. When I saw them, I gained the same advice and perspective every time. Thus, gaining no headway. The other challenge I noticed was there was a lot of waiting around. I sometimes would prepare for sessions there by flagging articles on my phone to read. The worst was 45 minutes before I once saw the Nursing Practitioner. I would caution before coming to this practice.
