It was bittersweet to say goodbye because the staff really became like family. I cannot say enough positive things about Jen Morse, the Center's Director, and her entire leadership team, the teachers, assistants, chef, etc. It was clear from the first day I visited when I was evaluating schools before having my son, that everyone truly cares for each child, enjoys their work and have great respect for each other. The majority of the staff that were there the day we joined the NGCC family are still there today, and that says everything. I was very impressed with the diverse curriculum and the attention they give each child. NGCC having an onsite kitchen and chef that prepares healthy, kid friendly meals for the students was a life saver for this working mom because I didn't have to spend the time packing up meals each night. Instead, I was able to spend that time with my family which was invaluable. Children are life's greatest treasures, and I want to thank everyone at NGCC Marlborough for taking such great care of my little man when I couldn't be there. If we do have another child, he/she will be enrolling there!

We found that our children were more than prepared to begin their journey in kindergarten. The skills and principles taught to them built a strong foundation as they began elementary school. Our children have so many happy memories from their time at NGCC!

Over time, the school and its management have steadily declined. Although there were some attempts…read moreto improve, the administration remains poorly run. There are a few good teachers in the Children's House, but beyond that, very little has been positive. Ms Manviya is great! Teacher consistency is poor, and there have been numerous management changes. The only good thing is that the classrooms are spacious and filled with natural light. We have since removed our enrollment due to these ongoing issues.

But the second she transitioned into the toddler room, everything fell apart. She came home with undocumented bite marks -- yes, bite marks that no one noticed or cared to report. She was sent home in soiled diapers almost every single day. The staff used the wrong diapers, wrong wipes, and even applied diaper rash cream when I had specifically instructed them to use coconut oil. That was never authorized. It felt like my directions as a parent were ignored. The turnover is out of control -- teachers come and go constantly because they are clearly underpaid and unsupported. The director changes so often that there is no leadership or accountability. The classrooms are dirty, the toys are old, and kids are always sick because the place is not properly cleaned. And if that wasn't enough, their billing practices are a complete disaster. Despite my child being on a voucher, they suddenly decided I owed them $4,000 because they didn't process payments correctly for months. Then they had the nerve to demand I pay it all at once, as if their incompetence was somehow my fault. At the end of the day, I pulled my daughter out because I could no longer trust them to keep her safe, clean, or cared for. I put her in an at-home daycare and the difference is night and day -- she is calmer, happier, and thriving. Guidepost Montessori in Marlborough is nothing more than a glorified, overpriced daycare that fails children and families. They are disorganized, careless, and completely unprofessional. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the heartache -- your child deserves so much better.

From the very beginning, the team at eBridge Montessori made us feel welcomed and supported -- even conducting a virtual tour and handling the admissions process remotely while we were still preparing for the move. That flexibility and care really stood out to us. Now that Kai is attending, we can truly see the difference eBridge is making. He's become so much more independent, confident, and socially engaged -- and he absolutely adores his teachers and classmates. The teachers are incredibly nurturing and seem to intuitively understand what each child needs to thrive. We also love how they involve us as parents, offering guidance and resources to help us bring Montessori principles into our home as well. It feels like we're learning and growing right alongside him. eBridge has already helped us feel like part of a real community here. They are living their mission of being a "bridge" -- not just between children and learning, but between schools and families. We were even able to start Kai with half days during his transition, which we greatly appreciated, and he'll be moving to full days in January. And we're already planning for our younger daughter, Vera, to join when she's ready! We couldn't be happier or more grateful. If you're looking for a warm, thoughtful, and truly child-centered school -- eBridge is right for you!

The teachers and staff are warm and very caring. The school treats staff well, and so they stay on for years. My son still sees a teacher he had as an infant on a regular basis. The staff and program focus on what's best for the kids, and ask for a level of engagement from parents that may be greater than a regular daycare or preschool. Nothing is mandatory, but it does encourage a level of interaction that has truly bred a nice community. I'm so happy we found eBridge and can be a part of this special place.

The teachers are really attentive and at the end of the day the kids at all different ages get to interact with each other in their central area/atrium. The environment reminds me of my childhood when I got to play with cousins who are older and younger than me. All the teachers are very enthusiastic with the children's learning and I love how they always do art activities. They have plenty of room for kids to run around and plenty of toys (sensory, interactive and fun). Sometimes I pop in the middle of the day to say hi! and I see the teachers reading books to the kids (even to the babies!). They provide breakfast, snacks and drinks but you have to pack your own kid's lunch. They provide the baby wipes but you have to provide your own diapers and butt cream. BYO sunblock as well (and whatever other lotion you want them to slather on your child). They also brush your kid's teeth which is pretty cool. BYO sleeping mat/bag for toddlers but they do have cribs for the crawlers and babies. They have a long waiting list so I highly recommend getting your child's name in the list right away. I highly recommend them and they are also highly recommended by other moms in town (that's how I found out about them).

With early dropoff it is convenient for those of us who like to get to work early, and leave a little early. The new facility is excellent, being very bright and sunny, with plenty of space in each classroom, a large common area for kids to interact, and a sizable outdoor area. The common area is a great feature for families with multiple children enrolled, as it provides an opportunity for siblings to interact which isn't typical of center-based care. This area also allows interaction between the children and other teachers, which helps to facilitate transitions between classrooms. The staff is also very supportive of parent preferences, including special food brought from home and cloth diapers.

A neighbor suggested Wee Care and we originally intended daycare to be only a temporary solution. But we were so amazed at the loving environment, the caliber of the childcare providers and educators and the quality of the curriculum for all age groups that we decided to move to full time, permanent care for our baby. Then we also moved our preschooler into their program full time (we moved her out of another local program and into Wee Care). It's been the best decision our family ever could have made. The school follows a curriculum that integrates art, science, music & movement, technology, creative play and social skills. Our daughter is now full time in Pre-K at Wee Care and we are so amazed at what she's learning each and every week. We feel she will be more than prepared to begin Kindergarten next year. The school also does a fantastic job creating a close knit community with events for families (a Halloween party, holiday pot luck, end of year party, etc.). There are also fun special events for the kids throughout the year. The quality of both the childcare and education at Wee Care is second to none. There is usually a wait list to get in here, and it's very clear why!!
