I needed to make copies of the movie and send them back to L.A., and I was terrified that it wasn't going to happen. I was up early trying to get the dvds sent so I could catch the bus up to New York. So early, in fact, that I got to the Video Editor about 45 minutes before they were supposed to open. But much to my delight, the door was unlocked. It was around the holidays and they were closing an hour early, so to compensate they opened an hour early. Awesome! And the gal who helped me? Super-friendly! And she knew her stuff. Awesome x2! Maybe 20 minutes and 36$ later I had my dvds copied, labeled, and ready for delivery. So I owe you, the Video Editor. You really saved my neck.

While looking, all other companies took a long time or never reached back but when I called Patrick the owner, he was easy to work with and responded immediately to all emails and phone calls. When I scheduled an appointment for a design, it was finished the same day! The whole process was way to go through and the prices for the graphics are amazingly affordable, especially for advertising your company on a truck. When it was brought in, Patrick even offered for me to borrow his car for the day or for a drop off... talk about going above and beyond. T-Shirt/Tank Order:…read more I originally would have placed my order through CustomInk.com but I was referred to this business by a Landon Employee. About 98% of the business was done over email (since that was the best form of communication for me) and nothing was lost in translation. I worked with Rose and she was able to help me with exactly the style I was looking to accomplish. Everything was clear and prices were consistent with what their catalogs reflected. We placed an order of 18 tanks and then 1 more was added towards the end. Nothing was ever an issue, not even with the design I wanted or the individual nicknames I wanted on the back of each tank. The tanks tops were done in 1 week and the one that was ordered last was done the next day. I appreciated the quick and reliable service. The tank tops look fantastic. Very happy customer. I recommend!
