Me and my boyfriend went here a few days ago after buying a new truck. we went in got gas and food we get back out to the truck and it won't start we are stuck at the pump‍ oh and to make it worse the owner of the place had one of the employees come out saying "either move this thing or we are going to move it for you" luckily an old dude came out to help. the staff talk shit about each other and cuss at customers both staff cussed at me in one day (mind you I don't care its this day in age but coming here wasn't a greeting at all.) the kitchen still sells there overcooked food. I bought jalepeno bites just to realize there's nothing in the middle of them because they were so overcooked. this place is just sad. Red definitely wouldn't be happy to see how this place turned out.

You can buy live bait for fishing (minnows, worms), get a fishing license, and even buy a gun or bow for some hunting. This place seriously hasn't changed much in the past 20 years and will always be one of my favorite places to stop by.

It's clean, which is obviously more difficult to maintain when it's larger but somehow they manage to keep it tidy, including the bathrooms There are so many goodies inside! From Mackinac Island fudge, to F'real milkshake/smoothie machine, to ice cream (which was our main purpose for the visit) This is one of those places where the smallest ice cream is 3 scoops of deliciousness. What I really appreciated was the courtesy of the employee who put on the first scoop and asked if I wanted the other 2 scoops, since it was for my child. I appreciated the kindness of the staff and they all seemed to be in good spirits during our visit. Anyway, I quickly agreed, knowing full well she would be sharing with me. The "Pothole" ice cream was heavenly and I think the generous portions make it taste better. It's really affordable too. I think $1.99 for the small? Regardless, it was with it for the memories. But I'll probably be returning more frequently next summer.

The worst thing though was the locked fire exit on the north side. This was brought to the staff's attention that this was a dangerous and severe fire infraction, their response was that they had strict instructions to keep it locked so that no one could sneak in and steal some cigarettes. It is clear they value their cigarettes more than human life. Gas prices shoot up 20% on any given day for no apparent reason. The parking lot reeks of what smells like an open sewer, not sure what is, but, man does it stink!

This summer I installed a standby generator at my home. Our power was constantly going out and I…read morewas afraid to go away for work or vacation for fear of the pipes freezing or food spoiling. Coyne handled everything to install the propane service from the tank to the generator regulator. They even tightened up the supply line, then leak and pressure tested the service. And I wasn't even home when they did all that. Last week the big day finally arrived. Our power went out in a snowstorm and within seconds the generator was online. The power was out for 12 hours, and the generator never missed a beat. For the first time in 14 years since moving in I had complete confidence and peace of mind that our house would be OK in a power outage; whether or not I was home. No more staying home from work, no more filling gas cans for a portable generator, no more babysitting. Thank you Coyne for a fast, professional, and thorough job of providing fuel to my new generator. PS, since installing the generator Coyne has installed real-time remote tank level monitoring on my tank. Now they know, and I know, exactly how much propane is in the tank so I never have to worry about running out, even under generator power. Great job Coyne!

**Newly Remodeled ** Plentiful & clean bathrooms!! This is my first time here since it has been…read moreremodeled. I have been stopping here all my life on the way up north. I am happy to say they have seven stalls and four sinks in the ladies bathroom. It's spacious in general, with lots of food, drinks, treats, and plenty more (camping, stuff, hunting items, some groceries, wine!, and fun surprises). The aisles are the widest I have ever seen in a gas station. It is CLEAN and new. Another upgrade - there are pumps on both sides, and you can enter on both sides. Very convenient. (Sharing a pic of the new entrance we discovered). I promise to take more pics next time!
