When the dumpster was delivered, I was inside my home when I heard the truck. I ran outside and the driver was parked exactly where I requested the dumpster placed. The driver asked, "Is this where you want it?" When I replied "yes," he released the dumpster from the truck. The inside and outside of the dumpster was clean and in good condition. The dumpster was picked up promptly when I called. The dumpster was parked on the ground and when the dumpster was removed, the soil was not disturbed and there were no tire or dumpster tracks left. We went on a Saturday (hours: 8 am-12 pm) and it was busy. I assume it would be less busy during the week. Most employees interacting with customers are wearing masks but not all of them. Great customer service in person and via email. They are quick to answer questions via email. Their website is easy to read, detailed, and up to date.
