My sister and I are out of town and I had a broken ankle at the time. Johanna and her company staged a professional sale and I earned at the high end of my expectations. Barb and team were extremely flexible when it came to which items we wanted to keep and sell. We changed our minds a lot about what to do with some of the items and many of those changes came at the last minute. Barb was cool about it and rolled with it. She was a great partner for our first estate sale. We were especially happy with the clean out services post-estate sale. Barb and her team were in and out in a manner of 24 hours after the family picked over items to donate. They left the house in excellent condition for closing (for a sale).

Jason and Sandy were incredible! They were so easy to work with, did such a great job setting up…read morethe 2.5 day sale, and communicated frequently. Here's a snapshot of everything they did. First, I made the call and talked to Jason who walked me through their overall process. When I said I needed something turnkey, I wasn't kidding, and he said "no problem!" And he was right! He and Sandy came out to my parents' house and explained everything in person. I had spoke to a couple of other companies before finding them through a google search, and I could tell right away their level of service was great. Second, they did a pre-staging cleanout once I had taken a few items from the home my mom wanted to keep. There was a lot to sort through in a home that had been lived in since 1959. And with my dad's dementia, (he started hoarding) Jason and Sandy had a lot to go through with trash and things that needed to be removed before the stagine. They know what sells, and what doesn't, and they got ready for the staging. They came to the house often (used a lockbox I set up) and started the staging. When Sandy told me she would make it look like a retail store with shelving units she wasn't kidding. They brought in numerous shelving units and got right to work. She worked on the upstairs, bedrooms, kitchen stuff, etc. while Jason worked in the basement, shed, and garage. I watched the staging unfold with anticipation knowing we'd have a great sale. Third, after the staging was all ready, I waited in anticipation for the big day. On the day of the sale I dropped by about 30 minutes before the start/open to drop off "coming soon" for sale flyers for the kitchen table. People were already gathering on the sidewalk, parking their cars, etc. They had put out large signage sandwhich boards on multiple streets to let people know about the sale, and included the listing on the estate internet site. The sale was then on! The first day was great. There were a few hundred people through on day 1 alone. Days 2 and 3 have lower volume which is expected, but so much sold I was so impressed. They did a really good job merchandising the items and the sales proved how worthwhile that was. Next came the "all out" cleanout. They brought in a dumpster and took out everything that didn't sell and left the house broom clean for me to have the carpet cleaners come in next. Jason and Sandy were very accessible, very transparent in the process, and ongoing status, and kept me inoformed of what was coming next. I highly recommend All Out Estate Sales.

Out of the 5 people I came in contact with the total score out of 5 was a 4.2…read more Highest score was a 5 and the lowest was a 3. All of them were friendly and nice. The reason I decided on allowing this company to do the job was they were able to install next day. What did I hate the most about the install, the late start and the excessive amount of breaks. So much so another company here to install something, mentioned it. "I did not take off marks for that." It was just the worst part of the install. The best thing I loved about the installation is the color of the LVP. A better choice than the other companies I received quotes from. ----- I hate the pricing model from all of the companies. I'd like to see that I was charged the same as the people before me, apples to apples, prices are listed so I can see for myself. ($8+ a sq foot for 420 sq ft and there is no flooring to move. Compare it to the rest of the flooring that was done that included 21 steps. Rooms were bigger and there was carpet, and tack strips to take up. Plus, they already had the product on the truck, per installer. My fear, and I believe it happened. 1st sale was to get the job and the second was to make up the difference from the first sale. I felt I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. I loved the color and the reason they didn't get a score of 5 , I just wanted it over. Even though I knew $8+ was on the high side of competitive while telling me you're giving me a deal. Only y'all know if you lied. Since I'm not presented with a price sheet. I hate the, today it's 5, tomorrow it's 2 and next week it's 10. Whatever your head decides it is. You feel robbed while they're smiling in your face. Not once did someone mention the 60% installation, why, cause there's no such thing. Vent over! At the end of the day, I love the color and, install, the people were friendly and my salesman was Great!! He was knowledgeable of the product and delivered what he promised.
