I usually order the pancakes with eggs and sausage. The portions are similar to the ones you would get in the US so if you're not a big eater, you can probably share! I always have food to take home afterwards. They also make tasty caffe lattes and they do have soda from America (which apparently taste different to my daughter). No, it won't fool true Irish pub-goers, but it's a passable way to escape the Aperol and wine of most of Rome.
