We both had excellent hygienists that were knowledgeable, personable, and gave us great suggestions for better flossing, brushing, and maintaining our teeth, gums and smiles. Dr. Bailey was so nice, friendly, and clearly exemplary in the field of dentistry. For a small cavity, she used a new sandblasting technique (at least new to me) where numbing is not required, the cavity is sandblasted, sealed and it only took about 5 minutes ~ amazing. Unlike our former dentist, it took over 1.5 hours just for a routine cleaning. Aside from the time, they were VERY unprofessional. The dental hygienist (who was in training), Lauren, was incredibly mean to the point that my daughter was nearly in tears. For instance, Lauren told her to bite down on a bitewing and then proceeded to yell at her for not doing it right. When the cleaning was in progress, they tried to sell my daughter on extras like sealant and other treatments. She was confused and told them to call us. THEY NEVER DID. Instead, they kept pressuring her to do the extra stuff. Thankfully, my daughter said she had to get back to school and was able to leave. But, the office never called us or ever asked about doing anything beyond the cleaning. The whole experience was beyond unprofessional. If you are serving a teenage patient who asks for her parents, it is imperative to communicate -- not try to make extra money. If you are in Farragut, avoid this place at all costs. Super dishonest, unprofessional, and rude.
