Went in for a cleaning but postponed after I refused yet another full set of X-rays (done 2x in March). They got those yet from one of the other places I went but now Appalachia won't have with me as a patient. Apparently, I'm 'not a good fit' for their practice...because I questioned their original diagnosis. I think they're right; I don't want to work with a place that can't make a proper diagnosis and/or be straight with me.

Hayley is the best dental hygienist I have ever experienced: knowledgeable, skilled, thorough, gentle and pleasant. Teri and Mindy are "old pros" (but they have barely aged in the last 20 years!). They make sure the office runs smoothly and make scheduling and payment arrangements accommodating and efficient. The office seems to always be updating their instruments/technology/procedures so you will always get top notch care. It is obvious to me that Dr. Goodman places a great deal of confidence and trust in his exceptional staff.

This was not something that I was happy about as I started my search for a new Dentist to replace one that I really liked. In my search, I found Clinton Family Dentistry. They accepted my insurance, had good reviews, and their location was convenient so I gave them a shot. I figured this would only be temporary because as soon as I can change my insurance, I would be returning to the Dentist that I had been using for years. I was blown away by the level of care and expertise provided by Dr. Holly Bishop. She took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Her caring attitude really stood out and gave me the confidence that I was in good hands. Mackenzie, one of the dental hygienists, was also amazing. She was so friendly and professional, and made me feel right at home. The entire staff at Clinton Family Dentistry genuinely cares about their patients, and it shows. I have since made the change in Dental Insurance. However, I will not be changing Dentist. Dr. Bishop and her staff are that good. I am not going anywhere.
