We had a tenant move out of our house that left a bunch of junk in the back yard. Got a couple of quotes through Yelp. Lots of delayed responses and most wanted to check the place out on their own to make sure of the scope of the work. Blad was able to quote based on videos, but did give himself an out in case my video really did not show what really needed to be done. Initial quote was close to half of what the other guys wanted. At the end, it ended up being a little more, but I never felt like he was trying to screw me over or pad the bill. Communication during the process was exceptional. He sent pictures and videos of what he had done, kept you aware of the costs, and what was left. Left it completely up to me to stop at any time. This is exactly what I would want in this line of work.

I first worked with Matthew to get a quote. This was a complicated move due to splitting one…read morehousehold into two, and Matthew was extremely patient and professional throughout the process. Matt and Gary took care of my move, and they were rockstars! They moved stuff out of my house and into a storage, and helped condense two storage units into one. When I say these guys worked hard, I mean they worked HARD! Completely professional and respectful of my belongings from start to finish. The last part of this process involves Jamal and Joseph taking care of my "haul-away" items. Because I apparently can't make anything easy, this was a fluid process moving possessions in and out of the keep/trash categories. Again, nothing but polite, professional hard work from these two. I am not sure how HUNKS finds such amazing team members, but they are fantastic. The process from the quote to completion is simple, straightforward, and professional. I gave 5 stars because I couldn't give 6. Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend.

I received a call from Tyler cancelling my appointment because basically...it's not worth the money…read moreto your company and I'm outside the service area. Your website lists Fayetteville as a service area. If you require a minimum load to service said area that needs to be stipulated on the website AND when I sent my photos in. I have other projects lined up that depended on this service. Very unprofessional. As the owner you should have called yourself to cancel instead of putting it on an employee that wasn't part of the decision and make the booking for me in good faith. He was very polite and professional. You obviously put him in a bad spot. Shameful. From the Owner "I started Peachtree because too many haulers showed up late, quoted one price and charged another, and treated people's homes like a job site. We do the opposite -- we show up when we say, we quote it straight, and we treat every house like it's our own. That's the whole business." Ryan Tabb · Owner, Peachtree Junk Removal

Honestly, the reviews do not do them justice. Josh and Ernie came by and were the nicest people you'd ever want to meet. Josh quickly accessed our need and gave me a price that was fair. My wife and I even added a few things after the price was set. No problem! Many times, people look for the best price and don't think about the service. The service is important too. When you get great service, you don't spend as much time worrying about the price. When the price is good, too... it's a no-brainer. If you are looking to clear some space in your home and need someone to remove those things that have outlived their welcome, you would be hard pressed to find a better junk removal company. Thank you, Josh & Ernie!
