The dog park is a great place to let your furry companion do his/her thing. This park is very close to my house and I use it to put my kayak in and go fishing. You can fish from the dock, but I've never had much luck. It's best to go out on Betty's Branch and use topwater lures for the smallies. It's a great park and I can't sing it's praise enough.

Two soccer seasons ago my son had all his games here. The playground is not my favorite but this is the closest park to my house so we come here more out of convenience. The major turn off for me is that the playground has sand and I end up with sand in my truck and in my house. But not everyone minds sand so that's why I gave it a four star. On two occasions I have seen stray dogs without collars or owners so that does make me a little nervous. All in all, it's a nice little spot for the children to play.

Several ellipticals; lots of bikes, one stairmaster, and some rowers in basement. They got some new weight machines and a small selection of dumbbells that go up to 50 lb. So no lunks here. The indoor track is big plus too, but the Greeneway is right there so why not just run outside? Also several basketball courts, racquetball, and activity rooms. Even craft room. But just $50/year. Can't beat that :)

Pun intended. After a short class on how to properly wear the harness and perform belay duty we were scaling up 30' walls. They have dozens of ropes and paths of varying difficulty. They also have an area for parties that is slightly partitioned from the rest of the facility. And a ninja prepping area to practice a few things seem on the show, like the warped wall, salmon ladder and such. They also have a huge bouldering section that doesn't require the harness or belay class. These bouldering Lanes are also plentiful and of varying difficulty. Overall, the staff were excellent and the fun and challenge were worth the originally surprising price tag. Definitely recommend you give it a shot

As a new comer, the staff was welcoming and helpful in ensuring I knew the basics and recommended routes to take that would be beneficial for a beginner and definitely had fun doing so. They also have military, student, or first responder discounts and that includes admissions, shoes, and harness; price was very fair. This place certainly had a wide array of equipment for even power lifting, ninja warrior stations, bouldering walls, and plenty of rock walls. You do have to be certified by them to belay on your own, so I stuck with the auto belay walls; just wish there were a little more selection of auto belay walls. Overall, I had a great time and rather you're a beginner or experienced, highly recommend this place if you're into bouldering or wall climbing.

You can visibly see where they use their funds to make improvements. The park is well kept. You can rent/reserve fields for games or practices. It is also very community friendly as they usually allow different groups to hold events there. I've seen the concession stand open sometimes when there were soccer games, there is an annual Easter Egg hunt there, the North Augusta rock group held a swap there, and many families like to hold birthday parties there. During the off season, sometimes the softball fields aren't always completely kept up. One or two of the fields may be missing bases or a pitching rubber, but another field usually will have it. It is still a great place to go.
