This is so unacceptable I tried calling McDonald's but they never answer. I asked for a refund for the items I did not receive and was told due to some guidelines I'm not allowed my money back that it's too bad on me if they don't send u what u paid for then TOUGH on me!! I just gave away my money! How's that my problem and why am I not entitled to my money back for their screw up their incompetence?? I asked forva supervisors contact details and the customer rep from just eats wouldn't. Just eats is by far the worst delivery service ever! How can they deny my money for food McDonald's newhaven didn't send me?? I want to take this further thinking they can just take people's money it's robbery. I want to be made whole I demand rightfully my money back. I will be contesting this charge with my bank! I'm giving just eats the opportunity to make this right! 2 hours guts for McDonald's!
