I had a COVID antibody test to send off, got to the counter went to pop it under the window to be told rather curtly 'I don't want that!, hold it up to the window so I can scan it', I said 'this is an antibody test' to try and reassure her that I wasn't bringing in the virus, she then said 'You need to put it in the red box outside', I said 'red box?' because she said 'red box' I thought this was something different to the post box but it wasn't, she meant the post box!
The interaction made me feel as though I had got something catching.
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!
If she had said ' sorry, we don't handle them, we scan it and then you just need to pop it into the post box,' it would have been a totally different experience!
With what is currently going on I think a subtler approach would be more appropriate. read more
