Great community post office in Derby! Staff is friendly, fast, and professional. Always helps customers filling out forms or answer any questions they may have. When I visit, it's clear the staff are very much apart of local community and it's clear the customers appreciate the staff. In addition to the main post office counters, there's also a side shop. This saves time when visiting during the busy lunch hour. Can't think of a better post office in Derby. Always look forward to visiting this family run post office. read more

This is the worst Post Office I have ever used! The older lady who works there is very rude and seems to have no use of the words please or thank you. Not only is she lacking in manners but very ignorant by using her mobile phone while serving customers. I try to avoid using this Post Office as much as possible as I find it puts me in a bad mood having to deal with such rudeness when they're taking my money. I much prefer Alvaston post Office where staff are very friendly and always willing to help with a smile! It doesn't deserve even the 1 star rate! read more
