He told me to never come back and he would never donate to the VFW ever again. I was beyond shocked and moved to tears; the company owner called him to discuss his behavior and got the same treatment from the owner and then got hung up on. I don't know why he hates the VFW, or why he said he would donate to them and then try to renege or why he thought it was acceptable to treat someone so viciously. I'm a grieving mother and I've been through hell. I can't imagine what would happen if he ever had a real problem in life or how he would cope. I will never forget this experience and I wouldn't recommend his company to anyone. If he can't keep his word to the veterans of our country and then swears at a woman who's doing her job why would anyone want to give him a dime? He's an unstable monster who needs a psych evaluation. Karma will be coming for this guy.

The free loaners are a big plus, as is the car wash and yes I know that is built into their not-so-inexpensive price of service. The previous service manager Tom C. was superb at customer service including follow-up, working through tricky problems, striking deals on large $ repairs, etc. After 9 years Tom is gone and the new guy Richard seems ok but not quite at the same level. Yesterday I told him I would pick up the car at 4pm but they never even called to say it was ready or to give an update until I was driving there at 4:30 (I was running late). And then I had to wait 15 mins for the car to be washed and at that time it was 5:05pm. What if I had been on time at 4pm? Not a big deal but for a dealership that prides itself on service it is a slip...

If the car has an unexpected emergency problem, he'll take the car in right then and there. This is a wonderful thing because I'm completely dependent on my car. For regular maintainence make an appointment - sometimes it may be a few weeks because he has a solid customer base and as the owner and operator, he's busy. An honest, reliable car repair shop that stands behind its high quality work is a business to bring your business to. I've been going there for years with my car; it runs extremely well, I feel physically safe with its level of care and repair and I've never walked out of the shop thinking that I have been overcharged or had reason to question whether the work was done properly. Weinings is on Route 104 in Greece not far beyond the Wal*Mart, so it's right on the way for commuters to points west from Rochester.

Ok,I live in 5 hours away. My daughter is a student at U of R. Her car battery died in the dead of…read morewinter and at 6am she called home and I told her she needed to call AAA road service to replace her battery. They came a hour later and didn't have a battery to replace the old one After a jump while the car was running she drove to auto zone and the guy puts in the battery for her. Not a good idea. The guy from auto zone put the old battery on top of the accelerator wire and broke a part. I called Jeff at 7:30 am and told me to tell her to go straight over and he would help her. My daughter could barely drive with the accelerator not working properly. But she got the car to Jeff and he found out the problem right away and fixed it for $10.00 I should have just gone to Mt Hope for the battery. I was glad to know they have a place to service the car when in need and before they make the 5 drive home they will take it to MT Hope for service.
