My…read morefamily recently went into this dealership to purchase a car, we had the financing, knew what we wanted and wanted to buy a car that day. We wanted to feel like we got a good deal but we wanted to buy a car so we weren't hard to please. However our salesperson (and then others) constantly lied to us, showed us a car that was discounted, 10 minutes later - no more left at that price. We have to charge you full price because it's the next years model (next years model not being released for another 3 months). We wanted an automatic - we were told there 'really hard to get' so that's why they're an extra $2k. It went on and on. My husband and I just couldn't believe how we were being treated. I felt like I needed a shower to wash the slim off me. We really needed a car but these people did not deserve our business. We went over to Cardiff Kia the next day and bought a car (same car we looked at at Regal but $1200 cheaper - SAME CAR) got some great customer service (no bs) a great deal on one of those 'hard to get' automatics (they had 12). Omg I have no idea how Regal stay in business if this is their sales strategy. How about some plain old honest good customer service.
