I've been looking for an honest and fair priced mechanical shop for years and now I've found them. They saved me a bunch by repair the fuel tank without taking it out of the car. came in stressed because my car was overheating and making noise from the belt area. Instead of…read morechecking the car or offering help, the mechanic laughed at me, spoke down to me, and dismissed my concerns without even opening the bonnet. He made it sound like the problem was catastrophic and then told me to 'get it out' and park down the road, saying maybe he'd look at it in a few days, all while laughing. Also repeated "you cooked it". I left feeling embarrassed and disrespected. I then drove one minute away to another mechanic who inspected the car immediately and diagnosed the issue in under 10 seconds it was simply a broken belt. No customer deserves to be mocked or treated like a nuisance when they're worried about their vehicle. Extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this business for anyone looking for an honest and respectful service.
