I tried their services and was extremely unhappy with their customer service which was sub par. The person at the register was extremely rude and very unprofessional. I paid in cash and asked him for a receipt for the payment and he wouldn't give me a receipt. He said he had noted it down but couldn't provide me a receipt saying that I had paid in full. When I wrote 'Paid' on the receipt, he said, 'it doesn't mean anything'. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
On another occasion, I think I accidentally first paid in cash and then paid using a debit card on another day for the same items. When I asked the guy at the register to check if I had paid twice for the same items, he said he could look at the recording from the camera to check if I had indeed paid in cash. When I asked to see the recording, he said he didn't have it. He further went onto argue with me and was extremely rude, unpleasant and unprofessional.
If my review can effect a change in their customer service for the better, then I would consider it worth my time writing it. I don't think they understand customer service or how to conduct a business. Please don't waste your time and money on them. read more
