Chapin SC the high school you can't miss on way in to Chapin…read more I haven't set foot inside the school but viewing the outside signage and sports facilities this school is better off than most. First off the track is separate from the football field which is not common unless there is funding. I can't see the football field from my vantage point but the track and tennis courts are blue! Apparently the cheer team wins state every year because there is signage to say as much along the road. It says Palmetto's Finest school in lettering along the gym exterior so this must be good? I have encountered some of the high school students around the community and they are mostly polite but don't know the inner workings. Would say not five stars because the high school could have nicer amenities for as much money as city if Chapin has.

Parking was a nightmare. Luckily I had the truck so I was able to go off-roading and make a parking spot along with all the other trucks and suvs. Bathrooms ran out of toilet paper so someone just threw a trash bag with rolls in it at the bathroom entrance. Out of all the places we traveled to this season, this was definitely the worst venue for such a large comp.

Now I…read morecan't review the school itself since I am way past middle school age... but I come here often to use the school's track. Usually in the mornings. There are other fitness groups that use the track F3 and other running groups, but usually everyone is pretty nice (especially at 5am). The track itself is not lit (lighted), but the streetlights from Runnymede give you enough ambient light to run on the track early on. Just try not to wear all black - unless you are going for a ninja look or trying to scare someone. Aside from the track - there are plenty of parking spaces and access to the fields. A lot of times I see the F3 guys rolling around in the grass, or doing suicide runs on the basketball courts. I'm just happy I actually got out of bed at that hour to run.

They did not get in trouble, but we did. Please, for the love of God never send anyone that you do not wish this upon to go to I know three other people that this has happened of us were allowed to speak out about it and none of our families would let or stand up for ourselves. I wasn't visiting for a high school football game, but for a little league game. The bleachers/stands are standard metal. There is plenty of seating. There's a concession area. I think there were also vending machines, but I'm not 100 percent sure. The parking is vast. I had no problem parking for a little league game, but it may be more challenging during the high school games.
