He made the booking process incredibly easy and was fully transparent about pricing and policy (was not surprised with any hidden charges even at the end of the trip). He picked us up right on time at our hotel and offered us bottled waters and some restaurant recommendations around Niagara Falls, which was so considerate! We are out of town so we did not really know the area very well so his recommendations made it SO much easier for us to enjoy our trip without any added hassle. He also graciously made any stops we requested despite it not being on our official itinerary. We were so highly impressed with Enzo's professionalism and character that we asked if he was available the next day but unfortunately he was fully booked (AND FOR GOOD REASON!). My family and I all agreed that this day spent with Enzo in Niagara Falls was the highlight of our trip. Definitely the best limousine and transportation service I have ever used and would highly recommend to anyone! She was extremely friendly, helpful and responsive. She assured me that everything would go off without a hitch and that we could trust in our driver, Roxy, to show us a good time. The night before our first day of touring, I received a call from Roxy. She introduced herself and let me know that we had been upgraded to a limo bus! I was so surprised and so excited for the next day. Our Saturday and Sunday touring wineries on Seneca Lake was a total blast. The limo bus was new, clean and stocked and ready to go for us. The shuttle driver was very nice, but she was not given my correct phone #, so she couldn't get a hold of me for the first 2 hours of the evening. At the end of the evening she was told to NOT make the last shuttle trip because it was 11:36---6 minutes past our slotted time. Fitzgerald Bros told her to not bring home the Bride and Groom and 22 other guests unless they were paid another $120. Earlier in the week, I was told we would be given a 30 minute grace period. The Sales Mgr was RUDE and inflexible, and would not refund the $120 I paid in cash---AFTER I pleaded with the driver to bring them back to the hotel. Will NEVER use this company again

We were not told up front that we needed to pay cash for the remainder of our bill. A rational good business would come up with a standard way of settling a bill and communicate it UP FRONT. So a big thank you to elite limousine for having cops come and waste a saturday evening mediating a conversation in front of my house that could have been had 6 months ago. This company is the worst transportation company I have ever dealt with. They are rude, unkind and…read moretreat their customers like they are robots, not humans. They will not refund any money for tickets, no matter what the circumstance, even after I had a horrible family emergency that cancelled my trip to NYC. Donna, in customer service, was completely useless and provided no "service" at all! She repeated the policy to me over and over again, showing no sympathy or concern for the customer at all. This experience was so bad that I will never ride trailways again. I lost $96 in this incident, but I have no problem giving $96 worth of my time telling everyone how horrible this company is.
