The night before our first day of touring, I received a call from Roxy. She introduced herself and let me know that we had been upgraded to a limo bus! We've parked in the Economy lot for $7/day many times. It is across the street so you need to take…read morea shuttle, and we've never waited more than a couple minutes for a shuttle to come. They actually usually pull up right behind your car while you're getting your bags out. And this is usually very early in the morning, so the shuttles really do run at all times of day. On the way home, there's a little kiosk to stand in outside, and you can hit the button to let them know you're there. Most of the time I can see a bus on it's way as soon as we get out there, but if not I hit the button and they're there in a couple minutes. The drivers also help you get your bags on and off the shuttle bus. It really is super easy and not that expensive. An Uber both ways would cost the same, if not more, so it is a great option when you're taking a trip.

I live in Avon, NY, which is about a half hour from Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY. This taxi service refused to come pick me up and bring me home. Which left me scrambling to find another taxi service to bring me home, which I was lucky enough to find. The man for this taxi service was rude and uncaring. He is very unprofessional and should not be taking riders. Hence the no star rating. Better time spent looking for a medical taxi service, who actually does their job. Enough said...
