And hey, what other butcher's shop have you been in where they have a chandelier? They source a lot of their meat locally, and you can special order cuts and hormone-free meats if that is your thing. They have a deli, too! Everything is labeled so you know if you are buying local pork, or beef, etc. The space is clean and inviting and they have a range of other local specialties like sauces and jams for you to buy. Also, very friendly and knowledgeable service. Just be aware if you get product from the deli, because your total can add up fast! The potato salad is good, but it's expensive.

I would rather spend $15 on good healthy hormone free meat than eat meat regularly without knowing where it comes from or what has been fed to the animals. With this I don't have to worry. The customer service was really awesome and friendly. The lady was helpful in helping me select my sausage links. She even double bagged it for me so that it stayed as frozen as possible for the long road home. They accept all major credit cards.

They also have a small selection available within the frozen foods as well. The bakery items are fresh too. The only downfall is customer service within the deli department. I went in to get some potato vinaigrette salad from the deli and the staff proceeded to ignore me. The only person who cared to help me was the manager. He apologized but it shouldn't happen period.
