After almost 12 months (that's right 1 year) my friends car has finally been returned. Please keep in mind, my friend had to contact a lawyer in order to assist with the return of his vehicle. The condition in which his vehicle was returned to him just shows the lack of care for the consumer and the outright disrespect to provide the service that all these "5 Star" reviews showcase as the quality this so called "Automotive shop" provides. Don't take my word for it, I have receipts - please see all 9 photos below; there is mold build up, a broken window and the brand new battery appears to have been replaced, that's just to name a few.

I recommend these guys highly though it was a bit tough initially trying to get an assessment done to get the work done as the service coordinator was multi tasking and extremely busy as he was also scheduling work for another company they also owned in the GVA.

I dropped the car off in December 2018 and they said it would take 3-4 weeks to have the job completed. I got the car back in March 2018 with missing plastic pieces, damage to the trim, and entire panels painted the wrong colour - they outsourced some of the panels to another body shop. 20km were added to the odometer and garbage left in my car. I had to go back 3 times to get everything in "decent" condition - but there are several dust specs on the paint. Ricky started yelling and swearing at me saying he didn't damage the car until I went back with pictures as proof. I was preparing a case to the Better Business Bureau if they didn't repair their damage. Job Started in Dec 2018, and still to this day they haven't returned the original hood which they said they would (Jan 2020). I wouldn't recommend this place. They offered a loaner vehicle which was very helpful. I dropped my car off on Monday morning and picked up the loaner vehicle. They texted me every day to give me an update on the progress of the repair (very nice and assuring). The best part was that it was finished a day early - amazing. I picked up my car and it was just washed and very clean. You would never know there was damage from the accident. I was very impressed with the experience from beginning to end and would highly recommend this shop to everyone. They are rock stars!

When I picked up the truck I found out that they had actually done the touch ups themselves at no extra cost!!! *The truck was washed beautifully on the outside and detailed nicely on the inside. *The transition from my vehicle to a rental vehicle was seamless. Hope I don't need to use them again soon but would be thrilled to recommend them anytime!! Well done Elite!! Dee

ICBC had emailed us a list of "ICBC CAR SHOP VALET" service which to be honest was overwhelming considering this was our first time having to deal with a car accident and our vehicle needing repair. I had googled each recommended auto repair shop to do some research on previous customer experience and this shop was about 15th on the list with great reviews that were recent. I called in to get some information and i spoke with owner Chasel Wu and from just the initial phone conversation already i had a good vibe and his patience answering all my questions and concerns. I decided to have my car repaired by them and from beginning to end the customer service was a great experience. Chasel did a walk through of my vehicle where i could explain what happened at the accident and he assured me he would make sure everything would be looked at thoroughly and would update me on any findings and what needed to be repaired. Not only was a walk through performed but Chasel ensured that when we received a car rental it would be what was requested which was an SUV because we have 2 smaller children with car seats and stroller etc. Chasel was always prompt with our phone calls; we never had to wait long for a response and he was very up front on any concerning matters to the extent of the damage and taking the time to explain which was awesome. The end result, the car repair looks amazing! He even stated if there was any concerns to call him back and he would take care of it right away. That alone for him to offer that shows how great their customer service is! Thank you to the team and Chasel! I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.
