The Good: Great location with a great views of Plaza de 9 de Julio. Great bottle of wine and delicious fries. The Okay: The Chicken Milanesa was as one would expect from a cafeteria. Not great, not horrible. The bread was decent. The Bad: Service was lackluster and the skirt steak I ordered was completely inedible. It was an unpalatable color of gray. It appeared to have been boiled. It was incredibly tough and chewy. It was covered, I mean buried, in some kind of disgusting sauce that was supposed to be Roquefort.
