If you have read any of my previous posts you know that I am a customer service queen and Pop Color hits the customer service nail on the head. Print houses can be intimidating to a new designer and on top of that, I'm a self-taught one. Printing quality projects presents a whole other level of education and knowledge, Francine at Pop Color helped me right along. Her patience and willingness to show me how to set things up properly and understand a bit more about printing really had a positive impact on my experience and my design knowledge. I felt welcomed and appreciated. The print projects I have had printed here have been high quality, I have yet to have a better experience in the greater Burlington area.

I used them to print some postcards and business cards that I had designed myself for my small business. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about design, paper and printing techniques (things I am not very familiar with), and were always very responsive to questions. My goal was to have an architect really hear my vision for my dream house and then put the pencil to paper and make it happen. To say I am not an artist would be a severe understatement, so I really needed help figuring out and visualizing the end result. To say that I was pleased would be another big-time understatement. Milford Cushman is a wonderful listener. They say you have two ears and one mouth so use them in proportion: He certainly does that. He was able to turn my dream into reality. Milford and Terri (his partner and wife) are also just very nice people...so over the last three years, during this major project, we all developed a great relationship. We have just moved in, and everything that he did -- all of the detail, the angles, the thought process, the ideas, the creativity was beyond my expectations. On top of that, they were also priced very reasonably compared to some of the other firms. I would highly recommend Cushman Design Group to anybody that is thinking of embarking on any housing construction project: On a 1-10 I give them an 11 :) !

The guy who did the actual cleaning was prompt in his arrival and pleasant to talk to. Unfortunately, the results weren't as wonderful as I was hoping. I couldn't be more happy with their services. Mistie (the owner) is in demand, but will always do her best to fit me in for a cleaning (I don't use her every week, instead a few times a year for a very deep and meticulous clean of my apartment). I've been disappointed with cleaning services in Vermont in the past because they lack the attention to detail and deep cleaning that I want for my apartment. Mistie and her team are great.
